Asking Someone To Smell My Breath

Do you automatically assume that you have bad breath if someone offers you a mint (and you didn't ask for it)?

I just like to share, but it does make me a bit paranoid when someone offers ME one :-))

When you kiss someone, can you smell the breath of whoever you're kissing?

Yes you can even worse if they haven’t brushed their teeth recently. Always brush in between foods if you can to avoid food smell in your mouth. I personally don’t like to smell people’s breath. It’s a turn off for me luckily my partner likes to brush his teeth.

Would you kiss someone with beer breath?

YES!

It tastes like bread!! Yum yum yum. :D

Is it ok for a man to ask a woman if he can smell her breath and her feet?

In every day life, no its not. This would be a very creepy thing to go up to a stranger, or even someone you know to ask as there is a clearly sexual or fetishised aspect to it which is essentially similar to sexual harassment. However, I am sure that there would be many women that wouldn't mind this and if you look on websites such as Fetlife and advertise that you're looking for someone to do this with, anyone interest can contact you and it can be a mutually consensual experience.

How do I tactfully tell someone that they smell bad?

I stank a lot during early high school, it resulted in me ostracised from everyone. I had horrible habits, my parents didn’t teach me about hygiene and I wasn’t financially independent.Eventually I started showering daily and it lessened. However I moved to a different school and my last few years weren’t too bad. My self esteem developed and I had a decent variety of friends. However I apparently still did have issues on some days, where I forgot to shower or wear old clothes. And some of the days my close friends would make subtle and snide remarks. And honestly, that hurt really bad - like a slice of a knife. I was clenching my teeth and trying not to shake during class. I guess my self esteem wasn’t as strong as I thought it was. I also was HIGHLY conscious of my smell. They were trying to do good I guess, to let me know in a discreet fashion but they couldn’t have been more clueless. Discreet doesn’t mean to make remarks about it in a classroom full of my classmates! Not to mention my crush! After graduation, a friend finally directly told me in private - sincerely, carefully and delicately. The tone was of caring and concern. I appreciated it gladly.Even better he recommended advice and good hygienic habits. I asked him if it was fine if we could meet up together so he could do a ‘smell check’ - basically just hanging out and confirming I didn’t smell. He agreed and seemed relieved that I was taking it seriously.I was also laid a bomb shell upon me. He told me all this time, everyone noticed my smell and it wasn’t just him. I was shocked and confused. I asked him why didn’t anyone tell me directly and he replied that ‘because you wore the same clothes we just thought you were poor and accepted it’.He reassured me that he and everyone else still cared for me as a friend and that I was loved by everyone. So that was perfect and I’m glad to say I had passed his smell test haha! Even to this day I feel deeply indebted to him and we’ve both stayed in touch and grown closer since graduation. So the moral of the story -Tell the person directly and privatelyMake sure the tone isn’t of criticism but of concernOffer advice and an outline of your own techniquesReassure them that they’re still lovedOffer a confirmation ‘smell test’ of sorts

Excuses of your breath smelling of smoke?

There is no excuse. Smoking, and nothing else, makes your breath smell like smoke.

Would you offer someone a piece of gum or mint if their breath smells horrible without them asking for it? Is it considered rude and would they notice you're bothered by it?

This is easy one for me as there is constantly gum around my person. When there is someone I am with and their breath isn’t the best, I will always pop a piece into my mouth and offer them one. If they take it, great, if not, then I deal with it, and wouldn’t take it further than that, unless I am very close to/comfortable with the person, and they would be appreciative of being made aware. More often than not, they’ll take a piece, anyway. It seems a bit gentler than what someone had done to me once, with their tone clearly being more a “buddy, you need this”.According to Colgate’s website, some studies have reported that approximately 50 percent of the adult population does have it due to external (ie - a type of food eaten) or internal (ie - certain bacteria factors in the mouth) factors, it’s probably a fair bet you or someone you know experiences it at some point. Nothing wrong with being prepared. However, if someone’s nose is running or they need a tissue to wipe something away, I would let them know without hesitation, as I would want someone to let me know.

How to tell if you have bad breath?

If you want to be discrete, go up to a random person and say "Hhhhhi, my name's Hhhhharold! You're so funny! Hahahahaha!!!" Lots of emphasis on the h's, especially during the laugh. If they cringe and look away and make a weird face, then your breath is baaaad. If they have any other reaction, you're good.
Lol. DO NOT do that unless you're desperate.
Your breath usually smells after you eat anything with dairy, or anything sugary or very salty, fishy, or smells bad. Same case when you don't drink enough water.
You usually have a bad taste in your mouth if your breath smells bad. If you have a bitter, sour, or salty taste in your mouth or you can feel the temperature in your mouth is hotter than normal, then its probably bad. ALWAYS carry a pack of mints in your bag or pocket for those moments, and drink a lot of water. If you have any suspicion, eat a mint. You can also wear strong smelling lip balm in a pinch, but there's no guarantee that this will always mask the smell of your breath. If you have any suspicion that your breath may be kind of stinky, eat a mint. "Just in case" never hurts.
Good luck!!!

Can anything else make a guys breath smell like pussy?

I went over to my boyfriends after being gone most of the day, I was laying with him and I got this random smell of pussy. I smelled his fingers and they smelled like it... He told me that wasn't what I was smelling. Then he went to kiss me and the smell was even worse on his breath but was the same smell... I made him go brush his teeth and wash his hands and he came back.. He smelled better but then I could still smell it. I realized it was also on his bed right where I was laying and I smelled in other places on his bed and it was only in one spot.. Where I was laying. He told me its not pussy but... What else could it be? He said all he did today was run errands and play video games.. So can someone tell me what could cause this smell that was only on his fingers, breath and bed??
