Asus K55a Laptop Issue.

How can I make my new ASUS laptop fan less noisy?

In addition to the excellent suggestions that everyone else has written I just have a passing thought (not a suggestion). Fan speeds in laptops are variable and depend on the load on the processor. You should notice that when you first power up that the fan is probably at its loudest (working the hardest to cool down the CPU) but as you settle into routine work it should quiet down.By all means periodically check for driver updates from ASUS. But be careful about installing 3rd-party fan speed control software. You could overheat the CPU either causing failure, significantly shorten it’s life and/or void the warranty. And don’t block any vents (in or out) in an attempt to muffle the fan noise. For the next laptop you buy, fan noise might be a checklist item for you.

Can you change the processor in a asus x75a laptop?

first off, graphics power is what is important for games. just changing the processor will do absolutely nothing to boost your performance in that laptop, as you will be using the same integrated graphics (which do not suffice for gaming). but to answer your question, yes - that processor can be upgraded from an i3 to an i5. you will just have to google the model of the current i3 and see what socket type it is. it will most likely be lga 1150 or 1155. the new processor will have to be the same as the old one. but with a first glance at your computer knowledge, i would highly recommend you not taking a laptop apart for any reason.

How do you enable the built in web camera on a Asus Laptop?

Can I upgrade my graphics card on my Asus K55A-XH51 laptop?

no you can not upgrade the graphics card in your computer as it doesn't have one. Your computer has video circuitry inside of the processor. In order to change the graphics, you would have to replace the processor and that is not possible. Also to be honest, more than 4GB of RAM will most likely be pointless for you. The only reason more RAM would be useful is if you do alot of minecraft or using other programs that use TONS (relatively speaking) of RAM

My Asus laptop says 0% plugged in charging but it's not charging?

All you need is a new battery. Once the charger is removed, the power is taken away. The laptop relies on the battery and if the battery is dead the laptop dies as well. Getting a new battery will fix all of it. Also, use your battery less. The less you use it, the longer it lasts.

Best of luck.
