At What Time During The Day Does Your Thoughts Become Crazy

Weird distrubing thoughts in my head. Am I crazy?

I'm feeling very frightened about posting this because I'm afraid I will learn that I am completely crazy, but I have weird thoughts about my body being made in a different way. I get pictures in my mind of my head being made up of lots of tiny bones with no skin covering the scalp, just little bones and it makes me feel sick.
I'm in my thirties and the first time I got thoughts and pictures in my head like this I was 17. I have never ever told them to anyone, but the pictures in my mind are horrible. I don't have these thoughts all the time. Since I was seventeen, it's maybe got into my head for a few days or so every couple of years. It tends to be during stressful times or after periods of depression, but I can't imagine anyone else in the world ever getting such thoughts. Sometimes I press my scalp with my fingers to make sure it's normal. I do suffer from depression and anxiety and I take Lexapro and have a great therapist, but I'm even afraid to tell her about this thought/vision in case she has me committed. Last night I couldn't sleep because of it and I feel very afraid and lonely.

My brain goes crazy and has too many running thoughts at night when I try to sleep. Is this a disorder?

I go through that when I am anxious about something - personal or professional. It's an anxiety-related issue that I've heard called "racing thoughts." My son has ADHD and has that issue when he's trying to sleep. His brain won't shut off. And although I don't have ADHD I did have trouble falling asleep as a child; it always took me at least an hour and was just what I considered normal. Two things:-- if it isn't interfering with a normal life for you, I'd say it isn't really a disorder. We all have "things." If they get in the way of life and living, then you need to address them. Otherwise, don't worry about it.-- I started falling asleep more quickly when I started a regular exercise program. In addition to drawing down my restlessness and energy, it decreases my stress levels which lowers any anxiousness from life and whatnot.  And I sleep faster and deeper. Note that exercise doesn't have to be intense, just at least 30 minutes of cardio.Good night and sleep tight! :)

Post Wedding Thoughts?

It sounds like you have the post wedding blues. Where the bride gets so caught up in the wedding ceremony and the glitz, the glamor and everything else that goes with it. Once everything is over, you get the blues.

Stop worrying about what you could have done differently, like what your makeup looked like, what you wore, your hair; your guest don't remember, they just remember the food, drinks and if they had a good time. They don't pay attention to the little details that we as women get so caught up in.

Remember the wedding is just a ceremony, but the marriage is what is important. Now that the wedding is over, focus on your new husband, decorating your house, a scrap book, planning a family. Congratulations.

Being your own best friend, healthy or crazy?

I know that great people have always been their own best friends, but so do crazy people.
I am my own best friend because no one understands me.
What do you think?

Movies Section: What are your thoughts on this trailer for Joker?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t433PEQG...

Personally, I think this looks incredible. Joaquin Phoenix is, imo, a perfect choice to play The Joker.
Call me crazy, but I think this could be the best CBM of 2019. That's right, I actually think this could be better than Avengers: Endgame.

People, Do you think Mercury in Pisces makes the native crazy?

Define 'crazy'? I think what this means is that your mental thoughts and processes are colored by dreaminess, idealism and much subjectivity most of the time, which is not itself a bad trait if used moderately. Especially when it makes positive contacts with much of your chart (Mars, Pluto, Rising, Uranus, Neptune), this could actually work to your advantage when it comes to implementing changes in your life.

The most impact would be the Mercury conjunct MC aspect (i have this placement myself) and this would naturally make Mercury one of the dominant planets in your chart. Youthought processes color the way you put your ambitions into good effective use in the real world and with this Mercury conjunct MC in Pisces, you have a very strong humanitarian, idealistic streak in you & you graviate towards careers that could help to elevate the destiny of mankind in general.

The only pitfall to watch out for is that the strong placement of Mercury in your chart could lead to illusion and deception at times, as you may be unable to differentiate bt reality & dreams. Though this makes you a highly commpassionate individual, you must be aware not to get sucked up in your own melodrama and ideals, especially when it comes to your own personal beliefs, philospohy, ideals and causes (9th House issues).

Can anxiety make you feel like you're going crazy?

Yes it can...but you are not.  :)   Anxiety, even when it is involving an anxiety "disorder" is a very normal reaction to stress.       What is abnormal is the amount of stress and negative thinking and worry that you do.     Your brain works just fine.  It is releasing the amount of adrenaline that your negative thinking is calling for.    But you don't know you are calling for all that adrenaline with your negative thinking and worry.   So here you are feeling the side effects of adrenaline that you don't know is coursing through your veins and you think something is mentally wrong with you.       But that is not the case.    You are the captain of the ship.  The brain can only release adrenaline on your command.  Whatever your emotions tell it do, that is what it does.   Laughing, crying, panicking.  You are in charge.    Anxiety is not confusing at all.     People just have it backwards.    They think that the anxiety symptoms are causing the worry and fear and negative thinking.  But the truth is that the worry and fear and negative thinking is what came first.  THEN the adrenaline and anxiety symptoms came.     And then you start worrying even MORE because of the adrenaline symptoms that are making you feel physical and mental side effects, and so than you start making even MORE adrenaline and eventually you are just a dog chasing your tail over and over and you don't know what came first, the chicken or the egg.    How many analogies can I fit in one paragraph?  lolYou are not crazy.  Your brain is not crazy.  Nothing about this is crazy.   Its just a case of bad communication between you and your brain.     Your brain wants you to calm down and relax and slow down you life so that it can trust that you are safe and shut off the adrenaline.   YOU, on the other hand want your brain to shut off the adrenaline so that you can relax and stop worrying.   Its like a game of "chicken" and I can tell you right now that your brain is NOT going to flinch.  It will NOT back down first.   Your brain has a job to do and it takes it very seriously so if you want the anxiety to change, YOU have to go first.   You have to make changes to your life, change the way you think, etc.   It can be done!   I could write all day but I am out of time but you can read more at my blog at www.theworrygames.com
