At What Time Mostly You Get Up Early In The Morning

Why do I hate getting up early in the morning?

My job forces me to wake up very early in the morning, and I hate it with a passion that burns with the fire of a thousand suns. Basically this is how it goes every morning:Wake up at insane o clock, curse the worldHave a shower at 5 past insane o clock, curse the world and it’s dogTry to eat at 20 past insane o clock, bite into food with aggression and hateGo to the bus stop at 25 to mad o clock, also known as 35 past insaneJump in the metro 5 past mad o clock, wish death on everybody who decided that this was acceptable and anybody that gets in my wayGet to work at 25 to are you freaking kidding me o clock, also known as 35 past madTurn on pc at 23 to are you freaking kidding me o clock, wish terrible things on boss, join other colleagues in hoping boss will some day have to feel like this, join colleagues in morning ritual of assuring each other that this is sufficient reason to plead insanity in court should we decide to make our point physically one dayTry to concentrate on work, sometime after are you freaking kidding me it finally seems to work, curse the day I found out I was allergic to caffeineAt some point boss walks in happy, around reasonable time actually o clock, which is about 1,5 hours after we are forced to be thereWe all hate getting up so early, and we mostly hate being told by someone who doesn’t have to get up so early that “It’s not so bad”. Except of course that one morning person colleague who is just too damn happy in the morning….grrr….So how do I manage to wake up that early? Hatred and anger, that’s what drives me, and only that. Oh yeah, and that pesky having to earn money to eat and live inside thing, there is that.

Why do most people die in early morning hours?

Two distinct time frames apply.

First when people who are ill, infirm or just generally weak are asleep they tend to hit the deepest sleep between roughly 1 and 3 am. Frequently respiration and heart rate drops to it's lowest and then it just is not sufficient to keep them alive. They pass peacefully away.

Although rare even healthy young people can be at risk from this if they are night workers sitting quietly at a desk such as a nurse on a quiet night shift.

The other time frame is on waking up. This particularly hits females harder than men. Having been asleep with lower heart rate and respiration the body is not equipped to handle much. It really does need a few minutes to increase the rates and get the oxygen round the body again. Getting out of bed as soon as someone wakes or very soon thereafter puts a strain on the body and in the old an infirm this can be too much for it. The body lacks the oxygen it needs and cannot start collecting and moving it to the organs fast enough. The person lapses quickly into unconsciousness and death. It is not unusual in these cases for the person to void their stomach and bowel contents and this is part of the bodies panic to survive.

What time do you wake up every morning?

I am just curious.
What time do you wake up, and what time do you WISH you could wake up?
I wake up at 4:30 am (Early morning seminary), and I wish I could wake up NEVER! Just kidding. I would much rather wake up around 6:30 like I used to.
On the weekends I can sleep in till noon.

Why do surfers go surfing so early in the morning?

Okay, that was kind of a trick question that I probably don't need a direct answer to. Maybe they just want to go have as much time out catching waves as possible, I don't know.

I'm really just curious about all the details surfers take into account when deciding when it's a good time to surf -- such as the effects of tides, winds, etc. I'm a beginner surfer, and lately it's just been hit and miss. I am now starting to realize that there's a whole science behind the surf, and all that. Or is there?

How does one even know?

Can someone break it all down for me, really quick? Why is early morning such a good time to surf (so it seems), when tides differ day to day? What other kinds of factors should one take into account?

Muchas Gracias

Early morning waking on SSRI...please help!?

I started taking Prozac 2 months ago, mostly for anxiety issues. However, since I've started taking it, my sleep hasn't been the same. My sleep feels restless, and I've been waking up at really early hours of the morning (3-4AM) feeling wide awake and unable to get back to sleep. Even though I go to bed early (around 930 or 10), I'm still not getting enough sleep, and it's starting to affect me. I used to sleep all through the night prior to taking the Prozac, so I'm almost sure that's what's causing this.

I stopped the Prozac 2 days ago and am going to get off. It wasn't helping me much at all, and my sleep is suffering. How long until my sleep gets back to normal? I'm worried it never will.

Thanks in advance.
