Attack on Titan: English Sub or Dub?
I want to start watching Attack on Titan, but I am not sure if it is better with the original Japanese voices with English subtitles, or with the English dub voices. Which is better?
Attack On Titan English Dub Language?
I have only watched the original Japanese version of Attack on Titan and sometimes the English subtitles contain the "F" word. Does the American Dub contain that strong of language? Or just the normal TV-14 language. And before you get on some rant about why I care about harsh language and not blood, please understand, I don't care. Just answer the question that has been presented and move on. I appreciate you taking the time to answer! :)
Will Netflix get the Attack on Titan English dub?
So I LOVE the series and introduced it to a few of my friends. I have seen a few episodes of the dub and prefer the Japanese version over the dub. Some of my friends would rather watch it in English and my computer won't play long videos without lagging, and even though I have a cord to plug it into the tv, it's not even worth trying sometimes because of the lag. Anyways, to get to the point, does anyone know when Netflix will be getting the dub?
What do you think of the Attack on Titan English dub cast?
It's okay for a dub, I like the sub better, but the dub is actually good as well. The titan roars and stuff sometimes sound even better dubbed, and you can actually hear emotions in theif voices during dramatic scenes unlike in most dubs when it's mainly emotionless and such.
Is 'Attack on Titan' worth watching if it is only in English sub?
Attack on titan is an exception in this imo . This might be the only anime i would say where dub was much better than the sub version. Not all episodes but most. Like the recapturing of trost felt much more motivational in dubbed than in subbed version, mikasaʿs voice acting was brilliant in dubbed version.Generally dubbed version lacks in the emotional part cause Japanese language feels much more suited for that also japanese girls having much higher pitch sound makes it more attractive for anime with feels (take menma for example from anohana. I couldn't even imagine anyone coming even close to that) .But English language is much more suitable for motivational speeches and sort, Japanese voice being too dull sometimes. Also the fact that many male characters are voiced by female VA is a turnover at least for me.
