Baby Jogger City Select stroller vs Phil & Teds (or any other tandem jogger)?
Anyone have a Baby Jogger City Select? I have a Phil&Teds Navigator and thought it is okay, I can not get over not having any storage space, and the second jump seat is just too small for either of my kids, who are both large/tall for their age (in the 98th-100th percentile). My youngest is light enough to ride in the jump seat for at least another 1 1/2 years, but his head already comes 1 1/2 inches above the back of the jump seat. And there is no leg room in either seat, and no storage when a child is sitting in the second seat. I just ordered the Baby Jogger City Select with the second seat, and it got good reviews. But I was mostly worried about how well it handles and how well it does off road. I don't do any jogging, but I do a lot of off road trails and want to make sure it can go off road okay. It has 4 wheels and the front 2 are only 8 inches, so not the biggest. Do you have a preference and is there any other tandem jogger you can suggest? The mountain Buggy plus one looked neat, but the seats could not recline, and I need the seats to recline because we're planning a 3rd and that baby and our current youngest will still be at ages where they need to recline and nap. I need a tandem jogger, because I take it grocery shopping and places where a wide stroller will not work. Any suggestions or any thoughts on the city select?
