What is the best boat for deep sea fishing?

The best boat for deep sea fishing is Boston Whaler 270 Dauntless .Boston Whaler’s 270 Dauntless floats shallow for inshore fishing or beach picnics (check out the optional folding bow ladder), but it can also run messy inlets to fish offshore. It’s slender enough to trailer easily, but a moderate-deadrise bottom and a buoyant bow help its generous length negotiate nasty seas and keep steady on a drift. Best of all, while twin engines are available, the 270 Dauntless ran well with a single 300 hp Mercury Verado outboard during our testing, meaning you save on purchase, operation and maintenance while gaining space on the transom swim platform (which also sports a ladder).Family-friendly features include a roomy, ventilated head, including a portable toilet with pump-out. The front of the console offers a lounge seat for two with cavernous, lockable storage beneath (with room for dedicated racks that can hold five rods). Fit cushions to the bow’s casting platform and add the table between the platform and the console lounge to make seating for six. Or stow the table and flip up the aft ends of the bow-platform seats to provide two more lounges. An optional sunshade attaches to the fiberglass hardtop. The helm offers space for two 12-inch Raymarine electronics displays, something those with the fishing bug might appreciate. But don’t forget that today’s multifunction marine electronics displays can also provide entertainment. Movies, games, music ... the control, display and output of all these can be done at the helm. The 270 Dauntless offers three different options for a leaning post/helm seat, including four rod holders, a cooler, sink, and a livewell or countertop. There’s more rod storage on the aft end of the hardtop and across the aft deck. The stern seat has a folding backrest, so it easily converts into another casting deck. For tow sports, a ski pylon fits onto the stern deck, and an 18-gallon tank supplies fresh water to a shower wand that’s mounted there. While the stern swim platform serves most needs, this boat also offers an optional fold-down swim patio mounted in the port side. Versatility is what the 270 Dauntless is all about.High Points*Roomy, able, near-coastal fishing boat with lots of family features*Good performance with a single engine means savings in purchase and operation.*Head’s size is for adults, not just children.*Unsinkable, self-bailing construction enhances safety.

What was your worst experience on stage as a musician?

Haha, this is a great one.So, a few months ago, I was still playing on my old Conn bari. This bari sax was at least fourty years old, and in terrible condition. Anyways, there was a part in the music where the bassoon and I both had to play a part. Nobody else played during these sixteen or so measures. Both of our instruments were broken and out of tune at the concert. So, instead of low baseline instruments playing a western style section of a song, it sounded like a dying oboe and broken clarinet where trying to play something out of a bad kid's cartoon. It was a disaster. Half the kids in the band laughed, and some of the audience laughed.Another time, during jazz band, there was a quasi solo. Someone out of each of the saxophones had to play a part that nobody else played. I was the only bari sax, and I still played on the old Conn.I had to play low C and B notes, but they for sure didn't sound like that. Also, my saxophone decided that it wanted to release all the spit on to my lap at that moment. There was a LOT of saliva in that horn. We all stand up afterwards to bow, and my saxophone drips spit a little, and there's an incredible dark and wet spot on my nice pants. It was on my left thigh. When I went up to my mom later she said her and everybody around her saw it happen. Yeah… I was embarrassed for sure.Thank god I don't play on that old Conn anymore.

Houston is SO BORING!!!!!!!?

Anyone Know Anything About Houston, TX?

WOW...Juan is quite comprehensive. All I can tell you is that the Hotel Derek is located in a really great spot (and no, in that area there really isn't much that is more reasonably priced). The hotel is located at Loop 610 & Westheimer which is one block from the world renowned Houston Galleria (Huge mall) and very near many of Houstons' hot spots for nightlife. Take a cab...
As far as dining, your hotel is centrally located and you can pick & choose as you like. Sorry, I would recommend some places but I don't know what you like and Houston has it all.
If the consierge at the Derek doesn't know about what you are interested in just call the St. Regis Hotel (formerly The Ritz-Carlton & is only a couple blocks away from your hotel) and ask for the consierge...he will answer all of your questions and you are getting a free service as they will presume that you are a guest there & are paying a fortune.
I know...dishonesty isn't good but you only have ONE weekend...Make the best of it and please don't think badly of me.
Enjoy your trip!
