I believe so, but you would need to take the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, then wait two years, then take the Professional Engineer exam.
What do all documents need to be attested by the embassy to find a job in the UAE? Is it really necessary to have the attestation to lookout for a job in the gulf?

Is a 12,000 AED per month salary in UAE (Dubai) reasonable for a senior software engineer from India, with 4-5 years' experience? Could a family of two survive on this salary? Can he save anything after monthly expenses? Is it a good offer?
As per My Calculation 1BHK is AED 5K monthly in a decent vicinity. your new car needs minimum of AED 2K monthly incl : monthly installment, Fuel, parking.you already left over with 5K in its you will spend 3k for other expenses. you will hardly save 2K AED. Its a serious Joke more than half of a senior person earning goes to accommodation and transportation. so, you can ask for an accomodation by company at least :)
Is Chemical Engineering a bad field to go into?
Is an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering a bad field for jobs in the future? On most job outlook websites it says the future outlook is bad, but currently a lot of jobs are there, so I'm confused. I really like chemistry, math, and physics and I feel like this would be the best field for me.

Not soon, for sure. None of these countries have any visa category called "work visa". They did exist in the past but have quietly been removed over the last few years. You may have heard of the tough economical times we are in and and the high unemployment we all have. No country needs any new workers, regardless of how skilled they are. Summarizing: Impossible to get. And, about your question of finding a job: You cannot get any job in country from afar - it is 100 % IMPOSSIBLE to get a job anywhere until after you have your immigrant visa (they take from 6 - 8 years to get) in your hand. Don't even think of it. Anyone who says differently is a liar and a cheat and only wants your money. You get nothing. .

I'm a Software Engineer from my personal experience only sites that work is www.linkedin.com and contacts with employers www.bayt.com monster gulf Naukri Gulf Consultant - Michael page and some authorized consults Paper ads most of it are fake or they don't update it and many people are mocked by it and waste their time on applying without results for more than a year.
