I'm 21 years old and have been getting panic attacks for about a month now. I'm not in the best shape physically, and both my grandfather and uncle have had heart attacks in the past year, so I think I worry too much about what could happen to me. The first time I had a panic attack was about 4 weeks ago and I just about called 911 because I thought I was having a heart attack. As soon as I got up and walked in another room to get to my phone, I realized I wasn't having a heart attack and started to calm down a little, but the symptoms still lasted for about 45 minutes before I could fall asleep. I've been getting them 3 or 4 times a week since then. I don't want to go on prescription medication, and I've been reading about the natural supplements sold over the counter such as seredyn and relaquil, and was wondering if they work and what's the best one to get.
