Drugstore BB cream for DRY skin?
I have dry skin and even though I moisturize every single day, when I concealer/foundation on, it just looks cakey and I hate the powdery feeling... Too bad I can't get over the feeling of foundation on my face :( Note: I don't put on full-face coverage, I usually only use it under my eyes I've tried Rimmel's BB cream so far but I'm not liking it a whole lot.
