this is not a fat person but this can becoming fat in the future. best things is to eating rite. next thing is ur must doing aerobics 4-5 times each week. this is meaning doing an exercise for u at least 20 minutes long but more likely 45 minutes to 1 hours. picking an exercise u can talking the whole time normal. this is aerobics. i am liking the elliptical machine. also u must do calisthetics like air squats and girl push ups to keep u muscles. muscles burn fat. do not lifting weights as this can harm u at 13. u must doing body weight only exercise and aerobic exercise. if u cannot get elliptical u must buying an exercise bicycle or regular biccyle. watever it is u must fight the feeling to go crazy and go intense. this is no longer burning fat. to burn fat u must doing aerobics. read about this on google. aerboics is burning fat zone and must be done 20 minutes at least and u can sweat but not so hard that u cannot talk during it.

Congrats!I’d say ab exercises, stretching and massaging. I lost 100lbs from 270 to 170. I was 23ish. Im now 51 and hover at 200lbs for the last 30yrs.Its most likely stretched skin not fat. It wont just melt away. The lower ab stretch you get from leg lifts etc…are a good way to stretch the lower abs. You'll know in your mind when you're stretching the lower abs kind of like doing crunches on an exercise ball and going all the way back so that you stretch your lower abs and then coming all the way up you need to keep stretching that lower skin so that it slowly bounces back. Trust me it takes a longgggg time! Diet counts as well. Eat clean!The massage is like pushibf and pulling motion with your hands to get the cells moving and active. I'm 5'6,118 pounds, and I feel overweight. Everyone at school is so much thinner than I am. People tell me I should be a model, but I know they're only saying that because I'm tall..
I'm not a sporty girl, I'm more of a shopping kind of girl, so the only real exercise I get is in gym class, or when I take a walk in the park.
My doctor says I need to gain a few pounds, but I think she's out of her mind. I don't even think I should weigh this much now..
