Can I only apply eyeliner and mascara without foundation?
no, alot of people dont wear foundation yet wear eye makeup. thats wut i do. right now all i do is MAYBE some lipgloss (i dont like the stickyness of it so sometimes only a wet looking chapstick)...black eyeliner is a must for me i love it lol and MAYBE some shimmer lotion on my eyelid. i curl my eyelashs too. so thats all i do i think it looks better without foundation especially if people say u have great skin. most younger people who wear it (im assuming ur young lol) look fake or like plasticy and its nasty

Where can I find a waterproof eyeliner and a foundation that doesn't make an oily skin for 12 hours?
For years I had the same issue. Here are my personal favorites. I hope they are available & will work for you. :) The best waterproof eyeliner I've found is Maybelline Ultra Liner. It is available in black,brown,grey,slate & silver. Compared to all over the expensive others this has been the best. I have been useing this brand for 16 years. As for a good foundation I would try Armani. It can be pricey,but it is worth it.If you tend to feel oily & want your foundation to last longer you should try a primer with the foundation. What are the best drugstore eyeliners?
I personally prefer felt tip eyeliners for my eyes, and pencils for my waterline, so I’ll include both. I swear by the Wet n Wild Megaliner Eyeliner Liquid, and i also use the Color Icon Kohl Pencil by them too. Another option I use that’s a bit more pricey from the drugstore is Milani, I use the Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Liner pen, and as for the pencil I use the Supreme Kohl Kajal Eyeliner. No matter what you use, make sure you find a liner that you’re comfortable holding as well as one you’re comfortable with using; some may be easier to apply for you, as everyone has different techniques.
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a sheer eyeliner?
Judgeing by your question, when you say sheer, do mean eyeliners in lighter colors like pastels that have a light sheen to them? Or, do mean eyeliner colors that would less harsh than black and more natural? If you mean the first one, then yes, several brands have sheer eyeliner that you could wear. I like Givenchy sheer eyeliners, but they can be a bit pricey, but if you don't want to break your bank, there's inexpensive brands like Bonnebell and I think Sephora has one in their line aswell. Now, if you mean the latter question, then depending on your hair color, I would suggest you wear a nice light basic brown if you're blond and charcoal or brown/black if you have darker hair. If you don't want it to be as noticable, I suggest getting a liquid liner (I like styli, they're like felt tip marker pens and easy to use) and trace a thin line as close as possible to your lash line. It widens you eyes and thinkens the rim of your lashes without looking too obvious and as if you were born naturally like that.

I like Estee Lauder Double Wear for foundation. $30-40 it last alll day and it gives a soft, perfect skin look Clinque for blush sold me, i'll never use anything else.. it's so natural and the color blends great! I haven't found a best mascara or eyeliner yet. But i use Estee for both

I was on the mall the other day and there was a sales lady whose approching to try on their product for free and so I did it and I was very impressed with their product. I don’t know if you have this brand on your country since I am from the Philippines. The brand that I am talking about is the “Jazzy”. their foundation has different shades to choose from and it is powder finish or what we call as matte. Makeup (cosmetics): What is the best eyeliner pencil sharpener available on the market?
Urban Decay Grindhouse. It’s $10 at Sephora. It will sharpen those plastic pencils from MAC & NARS as well as UD pencils. Other sharpeners will tear up those pencils & eat them up in addition to not sharpening them. I try to buy the same brand sharpener when I know I’m going to get a pencil (Chanel comes with a sharpener) I have a MAC sharpener for MAC pencils, NARS sharpener for NARS pencils et al. But if I can’t find one of those sharpeners the UD Grindhouse will sharpen them perfectly. Don’t expect drugstore sharpeners to be able to sharpen expensive plastic pencils. HTH!
I keep on falling asleep with my eyeliner on.?
I don't have piles and piles of it on, just a little bit on the bottom eyelid, and that's the only makeup I wear. What's the worst that can happen out of that? And I don't get a lot of pimples, but I get few on my nose. Grumble grumble. ha ha.
