Best Hair Oil For My Short And Dull Hair

Best shampoo for men's oily hair?

I have somewhat long hair for a guy, and my hair is not grossly oily but it's oily enough. I take great pride in my hair, and I don't want an anti oil shampoo that is gonna make it dull and dry. I've heard good things about Head and Shoulders Citrus Breeze and American Crew Classic Normal to Oily. Which of the two is better, or is there another better option?
I want the oil gone, but my hair to remain shiny and soft.

Should you oil your hair every day? Which is the best oil to be applied on hair every day?

Most of the hair experts recommend not to apply hair oil every day.If you apply oil daily then if you step outside with oiled hair , it will attract dirt and gets accumulated on scalp which can cause dandruff and itchiness and ultimately cause hair fall.Leave the oil in your hair overnight. You can wash it off the next morning. However, it is always better to leave the oil on the scalp for a longer period but not more than 24 hours as then it’ll start attracting dirt, in turn it’ll make the hair weak.Steaming your hair with a hot towel after oiling is excellent as it helps hair to absorb the oil. Just wrap a warm towel around it for 10 minutes.Make sure that the towel is not too hot as too much heat can harm the hair shaft. Here are five wonders of steaming for your hair and skin.Oil at least once a week, but you can go ahead and do it more frequently but not daily. Why oiling is importantRegularly oiling hair is super beneficial in the long run. Is hair oil necessary for men?

wherever their is hot and humid climate, scalp remains wet over long period, hence all the dust accumulates and where their is dry climate oil dries up faster and gets accumulated on scalps; moreover male hormones do not act in favour as hair savior. After a good sleep, when body temperature falls and scalp becoming dry, you end up waking up scratching your heads and hence to the start of hair fall as scratching or excessive combing leads to hair weakening(In males). For growth and nourishment of hair, energy from food is enough. If you don’t wish to oil your hair, then don’t do it as it is not going to denourish your hair. But if your Hair style requires you to comb your hair, oiling before combing forms an essential part otherwise hair strands tends to break and further weaking.Though you want to apply oil to your hair as it provides shine, don’t end up applying as applied on Babies to keep their head warm. After all Hairs are like small crops; You need to care Alot!

Which hair cut looks good for frizzy, dry, and dull hair?

A cut won’t fix the problem. People with curls/waves/kinks tend to be more on the dry side of the spectrum needing moisture in the hair. Best bet is either the wrong shampoo is being used, hot h20 for rinsing/washing dry hair is bad tepid -cool is best, hot heat for drying/styling is bad or it’s been chemically damaged & needing replacement keratin. Opt for curly hair moisture products like Moroccan oil poo condt & leave in curl cream. Over shampooing is a #1 cause of the problem described. This coupled with no conditioner after is a guarantee of fuzzy dullness. I only shampoo 1/week & rinse with conditioner only 1 other time/week. After conditioning, towel blot the hair never rub dry as this rubbing method produces frizz. After towel blotting apply a cream based product & let air dry.If you cant afford it then get a poo 4 curly hair. Use a dab of the conditioner in towel blotted hair as a leave in or try a little gel mixed with hand/body cream for a diy fix.

I have a 2-year-old daughter. Her hair is rough and dull. What care, shampoo, or oil must I use to make it soft and shiny, and which other care should I take?

1 - Is she adequately nourished? Nutritional deficiencies can contribute to dry/dull/rough hair. Kids need lots of whole foods (not from Whole Foods, just real foods), including full fat everything.2 - Buy or borrow the book Curly Girl Handbook by Michele Bender, Lorraine Massey, and Deborah Chiel. I am not affiliated with them, but the advice works really well. You can look up the Curly Girl method online too. Even if her hair is not curly, the advice helps. The short version is:Avoid shampoo if you can. If you must shampoo, make sure it has no sulfates or silicones in it. You can find a fairly comprehensive list of sulfates and silicones on the Curly Girl website; avoid anything that ends in -fate or -cone.Use conditioner whenever you wash her hair (sulfate-free and silicone-free).Don't scrub her hair dry; scrunch it gently, preferably with a t-shirt or microfiber towel rather than terrycloth. Avoid blow-drying whenever possible, and if you must blow-dry it, use a diffuser. If her hair is curly, there are lots of other things you can do to help the curls stay healthy and not frizzy. Don't wash out all the conditioner and/or use a leave-in conditioner; the "plop" method, etc.I have tried oil treatments on my own hair (a bit wavy) and not noticed much difference. Changing to sulfate-free and silicone-free products was much more helpful.
