What Gaming Platform would actually give you the best out of GTA V?
The straight forward answer is PC, because it supports eye catching graphics, and also, it has first person mode. The PS4 and Xbox One also has first person support, but only the PC version supports 4K resolution and some other visual pizzazz. But then again, graphics is just one part of the overall gaming experience. Despite of being a hardcore PC (now retired) gamer, I've always found GTA games more suited for the consoles. The games are better played with a gamepad rather than a keyboard and mouse. However, this logic doesn't apply much these days because most console gamepads can now be used in PCs, too. One logic that needs to be put down on the plate is that in order to get the fully beefed up gaming experience of GTA V, one will require an extremely high end PC. The cost of assembling a PC that can run GTA V with full details and all options turned on can cost as high as $2,500 or more. On the other hand, a simple $500 Playstation 4 console can give you a similar, if not superior gaming experience. So the definition of "best" will differ from person to person. In my opinion, going for a PS4 or an Xbox One is wiser, because even if you have a high end PC, you may still have a small monitor, or dragging it to the living room to connect it with the HD TV would seem very cumbersome. On the other hand, console versions will never get mods, which is still a PC exclusive feature. But then again, mods are not part of the usual gaming experience; they are fan made, and often contains game breaking bugs and long, painful installation steps. As a concluding remark, I can say that if you want to get the most out of GTA V, and you do not have any budgetary or time related constraints, go for the PC version. But if you want an inexpensive, and somewhat comfortable gaming experience, and also, if you have little interest in mods, then go for either PS4 or Xbox One. I know, many hardcore gamers will disagree with me, but after you hit the 30s, hassle free gaming overtakes any other perspective.

But lets start ………Its tough because GTA 4 was made using RAGE (Rockstar Advanced Gaming Engine) the game was a technical marvel at that time when it was released.The previous big titles like GTA San Andreas was made on “RenderWare” a game engine created by “Criterion Games” which was under EA.RAGE was the first engine created by the Rockstar Games.In GTA 4 Rockstar also used “Euphoria Physics” for real movement of players and NPC’s. But when the BULLY scholarship edition was released it was made on “Gamebryo” engine.So GTA VICE CITY, SAN ANDREAS, and BULLY games were not made on RAGE but on Renderware and also Gamebryo so it was easy to port them.But in the case of GTA 4 they used RAGE which awweeeeed every gamer around the globe with its graphics and features.When the GTA 4 was released for PC it was full of bugs and glitches but Rockstar fixed.The system requirements of GTA 4 was way beyond of that time it really needed a beast PC to run GTA 4 at the time of the release.ConclusionIts will take some good minds behind the “War Drum Studios” (developers who ported BULLY and GTA SA on Android and IOS) to bring the GTA 4 on mobile devices and it will be the first title to be brought on mobile which was made on RAGE engine.It will take time to develop and it should also be “PROFITABLE” as Rockstar is tending more towards the Online part of the games like GTA ONLINE and the new RED DEAD ONLINE. Best platform for remastered GTA V?
I currently play GTA V and GTA online for Xbox 360, and want to play the remastered next-gen version that comes out later this year. I am undecided on whether I should play it on Xbox One, PS4, an Alienware Alpha, or a planned gaming PC build (with 8 gb ram, an i7-4820K quad-Core 3.70 GHz, and an NVIDIA GTX 750 1GB) I would want to play with a controller, not a keyboard and mouse. I don't feel a need for 90 fps and I'd be happy with 60, I prefer graphics quality to fps. I already have a friend who might get it on Xbox one, a friend who will get it on PC, and to possible friends who might get it on PC. Which platform would you choose if you were in my position?

Right now?Just play it. Open GTA Online every day. By end of the month you will get around 1 million dollars. Rockstar sometimes likes to give away money. This is your chance.Other than that, you can do Bunker missions, new heists and other brand new DLC things. But there's a catch. If you don't have 3 friends to play with at least 4 hours a day, you won't make shit.The thing about GTA Online is that DLCs are free, but in order to buy all content from only one DLC (new one comes approximately every 2 months) you will spend at least 50 million. That would cost you $600 in real money. So yeah. Either buy money or find someone to play with.
What software did Rockstar Games use to make GTA V/Bully?
GTA V was made using the in-house (not for sales) RAGE engine. They also used the Euphoria middleware for character animation (not really a middle ware, but more like using Euphoria's expertise in animating humans) and I've heard they used a tweaked version of the Bullet physics library on Digital Foundry however I can't find any confirmation.Bully on PS2 was made using the Renderware engine, which powered GTA SA. Bully Scholarship Edition (the remaster on Xbox 360 and PC) was made using the Gamebryo engine.

“The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is a single player game. Yes it is available on PC as well as PS3 and Xbox360. It also has three expansion packs for those systems which are included in “Skyrim: Legendary Edition” for the above mentioned platforms.There is a recent release with remastered visuals called Skyrim Special Edition (same game with remastered visuals) available on PC, Ps4 and Xbox 1.To get the PC version of special edition you will need ‘steam’ installed on your computer to buy it. To get the legendary edition you will have to buy it from Amazon or another retailer like HumbleBundle or GOG and activate your purchase code via steam.If you have an older computer or don't meet the minimum specs for special edition I would advise buying the legendary edition (2011) as it is exactly the same apart from the remastered visuals. You can always install a few mods from Nexus to make it look just as good as the new special edition in fact Bethesda had to give it away for free to people who owned the legendary edition because they already had access to mods and wanted the authors to port them to console versions of special edition.
