How can i get my skin colour back to the same colour as my head/scalp?

Your face is darker than your scalp because of your hair - sun protection - .
Tanning is your skins reaction to damage from the sun. The best way to get and even skin tone is to wear sunscreen (30 spf or greater) and cover up. Avoiding direct contact with the sun between 10am and 3pm will help as well. Those times are when the suns UVA is most intense.
Hats that cover all parts of your face, clothing that keeps you cool but protected.
Naturally your face and usually arms are going to be darker because that's what the sun hits first. Believe it or not, white t shirts only give you about 5 spf protection. So, if you are not laying out, that could be the reason your back is tan. Or it could be a left over tan if you laid out anytime in the last few months.
You can't do anything that will immediately even you out. It takes time for your skin to recover.

Here are links regarding sun exposure, skin cancer (I am not saying you have that it's just informational), and how to properly protect yourself.

What two colors mixed together make peach?

Obviously I agree with Kelley Spartiatis and David Lincoln Brooks, because they’re right; but I always think of peach having a pink tone to it. So here’s how I would do it:For a pink peach —Layer order (top to bottom):White — 50%Pink — 30%Yellow — 50%Red — 100%For an orange peach —Layer order (top to bottom):White — 50%Yellow — 50%Red — 100%Your preference might be somewhere in-between!I’ve added the RGB values so you can see how to mix them as a base colour.Digital colour-mixing, and light colour-mixing is different from pigment mixing. So it depends on your particular need, how you achieve your colour choice.Ok so Kelley got me thinking and I went back and mixed it with the blue and various levels of red, so you can see the outcome of a few mixes:
