Hi,It is possible to loose 7 kg or even more in a month. It depends on a lot of factors. As you said your weight is 75 kgs, it also depends on what's your height. Can I lose 70 pounds in 5-8 months?

Hi, I'm 16, f, 5'4 and weigh about 200-220 pounds. My current goal is to feel more confident AND there's this anime character I really want to cosplay at the NYC anime con in November in his hero costume cause he doesn't wear a shirt and has muscles. I was wondering if i could drop weight and build muscle. A couple problems though, 1 low carb is possible but hard cause I'm a vegerterian and it makes up most of my diet 2, I don't want any hanging lose sagging skin cause I'm supposed to be going shirtless!! Advice on workout and dietary would help! (Also as I said before im.a vegetarian and i refuse to eat meat, but also eggs make me sick and cheese is a once a while thing, my biggest problem is bread, rice, flour etc

How long would it take to lose 15kg?

well.. if you are overweight then at first you will lose more weight.. then when you will be getting normal weight your weight losing will speed down.. but weight loss not only depend on exercise (although it is d best way) but also depends on your diet too.. so u have to control both.. if you do so.. then it should take you.. around 7-8 months.. as it is healthy to lose 2 kg per month..
It is a long term process.. you have to continue it.. if you give up in the middle.. it won't work.. so be patience and best of luck.. :)
