Black Liquid Used In Burger Recipe Help I Forget What Its Called

Do fat burners really help in losing weight?

It depends on the fat burner. All of the truly effective fat burners have been banned in countries that care about consumers because they tend to kill people that abuse them (which tends to be a high percentage of the people that use them in the first place).Stimulants like Phenphen, ephedrine, and other amphetamines are very effective at burning fat. They also tend to kill people through heat stroke and cardiac arrest as well as act as strong appetite suppressants keeping you from eating for prolonged periods of time.Caffeine is a low grade legal stimulant that has minor appetite suppressant capabilities as well as a slight metabolic boost for a short amount of time (5% for 45 minutes). Your body also grows to tolerate it's effects.Hormones can increase fat burning capability, particularly growth hormones and testosterone...steroids, basically. Finally, some pesticides have been used to burn fat in the past, DNP in particular. DNP interrupts your body's ability to recycle ATP. The result is you heat up and burn 50% more energy by default. You'll lose weight fast, have 0 energy, feel like you're going to explode. If you take it for more than 8 days, you'll be at high risk of dying. The only weight loss pill that's clinically proven and FDA approved is Alli. Alli works by preventing fat absorption in your intestines. The biggest side effect of this is if you have a fatty meal on alli you'll experience some incontinence with loose, greasy stool.  I did say it's clinically proven to work...The results are still pretty bleak, participants lost about a pound more than the control group while on a calorie restricted diet and exercise program.Another weight loss pill under approval is Leptin supplements. Leptin is a hormone secreted by adipose stores to tell your body that you're food satisfied.Long story short, yes, some fat burners are very successful, but at a very high risk of fatality and injury which is why they're banned in most countries. The weight-loss pills and fat burners you can buy over the counter now are more ore less completely ineffective by themselves. They might motivate you to workout or help you eat less at a single meal, but they won't have much of an effect. At most, they have the same effect as a cup of coffee, which, if home brewed would be much cheaper than the latest fancy legal fake fat burning technology.

What is the best way to re-heat Hamburger Helper?

My friend was trying to get a ride to visit me, so I got the pound of ground beef out of the freezer to defrost. Two days later, he called me to say he wasn't able to get a ride this week. I didn't think it was a good idea to re-freeze the meat, so I made the Hamburger Helper. It's going to be SO hard NOT to eat it, since it smells & looks SO good! But I keep telling myself, "This is for me AND my friend to share together." SO, when it cools off, I'll put it in the fridge until he is able to visit.

My questions are: What is the best way to re-heat it? Will I need to add a bit of water/milk, so it isn't DRY in the re-heating?

I made hamburger helper but forgot to drain the grease after browning the beef?

will this be a problem?? i already went through with the rest of the instructions and its almost done but it does have the grease in it too. just trying to make sure it wont harm my family as far as health issues go

Is it okay to use expired powders ? (black pepper, whitepepper, cinamon powder, green leave like things.)?

Yes, it is okay to use expired spices (in both ground and powdered form) and dried herbs (your green leave things). You can also still use that chicken or other bullion cubes which are mostly salt anyway. Fresh herbs are used for garnishing a dish. Dried herbs, which you are asking about are generally added to your recipe or dish while it is cooking. Dried herbs and spices may lose a bit of flavor after 6 months, however I have herbs and spices, some of which are several years old and they are just fine. Even if the dried herbs or ground/powdered spices have lost some or all of their flavor, using them will not harm you or anyone else; the herb or spice just won't add much or any flavor to the dish.

That other green thing you have could be parsley, this one loses flavor very quickly but using it will not make you sick either.

Cooking burgers and there's blood coming out?

I had frozen hamburgers in the freezer so I'm cooking them on medium low. As they're starting to cook in the middle, I notice blood coming out the top and sides.. gross! Is this normal? Will it go away when they cook more?

Who has any good recipes for homemade vegan or vegetarian burgers?

This simple vegan veggie patty will surprise you at how mouthwatering it is. Here are the ingredients.1 cup of cooked brown rice1 cup of cooked lentils¼ cup of quick oatmeal flakes2 tablespoons of granulated onions1 tablespoon of granulated garlic¼ cup of nutritional yeast1 tablespoon of Marmite1 teaspoon of liquid smokeDilute the Marmite in the liquid smoke and mix thoroughly into the brown rice. This is a necessary first step because the Marmite is very sticky and it will not mix well into the rest of the ingredients otherwise. Then integrate the rest of the ingredients evenly. I've noticed that sprinkling the seasonings evenly in the rice first provides the most consistent flavor through out. Tamp down the mixture to illiminate any air pockets. The instant oatmeal flakes will act as a binder as it absorbs some of the moisture from the rice and the lentils. Let it rest for about 15 -20 minutes.Form into ⅛ inch thick patties and microwave on high 4 or 5 at a time (depending on how many fit in your microwave) for 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to steam. This will bind the ingredients in the patties. You can then let them cool and seperate the patties with wax paper and wrap them in Saran wrap and freeze whatever you are not going to use.The rest grill nicely on a non stick George Foreman type grill. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add whatever fixings you desire. I love caramelized onions and mushrooms on mine.Best wishes!

When I microwave food I sometimes forget to lift the plastic wrap and it melts onto the food a little. How dangerous is eating melted plastic?

So, this is an interesting question. And you’ll get a lot of answers. Plastic is not a substance that our bodies were meant to ingest. Petroleum products when ingested or absorbed can deplete the body of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. That being said, most plastic will pass intact through your digestive system and (unless it gets stuck and causes an obstruction) not cause you any immediate harm. But what about long-term harm? Experts cannot agree, although signs are pointing to … maybe. Microwavable plastic wrap should be ok to eat, says the FDA, but don’t let the plastic wrap touch the food. Hmm. And the danger from chemicals leaching out of the plastic is greater with oily or fatty foods. We know that heating food in styrofoam probably isn’t good, as it can warp and melt. Plastic containers that contain BPA (clear, hard plastic) and Phthalates (soft flexible plastic) are increasingly suspected of being human endocrine disruptors causing harm, including cancers. So, I’m likely to say that while you shouldn’t worry about plastic wrap melting on food once in a while (although I would pick it off), it probably won’t hurt you. Better yet, only use microwave-approved plastic containers, or just take the plastic off and cover with a good old fashioned paper towel.
