If u wear black suit with grey waistcoat n black shirt it is kind of ok .But if u wear black suit with black shirt it will be too much of black . But if you wear black shirt with only grey waistcoat it will also look good.And about red pocket square it will look good on black suit,even u can wear blue pocket square on black suit it will also look nice.If u wanna wear black shirt u can wear it with other colors suits like grey, maroon, blue which ever you like
