To clear a few things up, Bluestar is not silver. She is dark gray with a blue tint. Google search a russian blue, you’ll see what I mean. So the prefixes you should be looking for should be based on the color blue. Bluekit, Stormkit, Stonekit, Mistkit,… There are many more, just search for a Warriors Guide on fanfiction.net. As for the suffix-well that is up to the personality! -heart is associated with loyal cats, -claw, -strike is for good fighters, -whisker is used for good hunters… However, you can give some suffixes different meanings-or maybe a cat only gets -claw if they are a warrior and then gets an unique (unigue? I never know) suffix if they become leader. It’s up to you to decide.

Yes. When I purchased my current house, a cat came with it. I had seen the cat in the house through an open window just before I purchased it. I had been looking through the front foyer window towards the back of the house where some light was filtering through the rear drapes. Suddenly, I realized quite startlingly that there was a cat staring at me a little to the side and about 12″ away. He had the saddest expression on his face. I assumed the owner was going to remove him.But when I completed the purchase, took ownership, and drove immediately to the house to admire my purchase, the cat was still there. It had a water dish, and a partially full food dish, a litter box, and that was it. I still assumed the previous owner was going to take the cat, because she had said she was going to drop by and pick up a few things.When she dropped by, I sensed that she didn’t want the cat. I figured she didn’t want to pay the high pet deposit in the apartment she was probably moving into. So I had my sister serve as a go-between, and see if the woman wanted to give up the cat. She did.I asked her what the cat’s name was, and she said, “Kitty”. Before she left, she called the cat over to her for one last pet, but Kitty remained standing by me. I decided “Kitty” would never do as a cat name, so I named him “Chief”, after the Texas Chief passenger train. It was also fitting, because since he came with the house, he was essentially the boss cat. He became best buddies with my male cat Rocket, but hated my female cat Britches, and tended to keep her sequestered on the first floor of the house, though she usually managed to work her way upstairs to sleep on my bed at night.As far as the cat liking the new name, I don’t know. He soon learned to respond to it, but he was not really the kind of cat to come to you when called. He was the saddest cat I ever had.It took Chief about two years to take a liking to me.
