How can my pregnant Girlfriend stay in the USA ? She's from Ukraine and is here on a summer work Visa.?
I live in the USA and i met my girlfriend when she came from Ukraine to here on a work visa . She's 18 and im 24 and we started dating 4 months ago. she lives with me now in my house. She is 2 months pregnant has well. I wont her to stay here in USA so we can have our Family. here work Visa runs up sept 20. and We have an immagration Lawyer and she wants 1,235 dollars for a vistor Visa . What should we do ? is there an easier and faster way for her to stay ? and cheaper way ? Some people tell us its better to do it on your own then get a lawyer . i need help getting her to stay quikley.. TY
