Bruised Back Will It Heal On Its Own

How long does it take bruised gums to heal?

WARM SALT WATER:  Into a 1/2 cup of warm water add 1 teaspoon of salt.  Stir until dissolved completely.  Take in a mouthful of this solution and hold it in the area that is sore and bruised.  It will feel soothed.  Hold each mouthful for about 1/2 minute and then spit out.  Repeat this until all the solution has been used up.  You can repeat this process every hour until you have no more sensitivity and soreness.  You should feel some relief immediately.  Gums should be healed using this method within 1 to 2 days.  I did this when I had oral surgery and it reversed swelling and soreness immediately with complete healing in 2 days.Eat pureed soups, yoghurt and smoothies only.  I hope you feel better soon.

How Long Does it take for a bruised nerve to heal?

I hit my head 10 years ago, since then I get terrible pains where I hit it every couple of days. I've been to the doctor so many times and they keep telling me it's a bruised nerve. I don't believe my head will ever get better, cos it's been so many years now. Nerve damage sucks, but apparently there are drugs you can take for it (that make you kinda dumb and dozey) and there's an operation you can have too, the only reason I haven't had the op is because it would be on my face :P maybe you could ask your doc more about this op if your pain continues a long time? hopefully it wont tho and will bee feeling better soon, good luck!

What happens if we don't treat a bruise and leave it to heal it on its own?

If its a small bruise with no deep cuts, washing with it running water and leaving it, generally heals the bruise. But ensure that you don’t hurt yourself on top the bruise again, which may cause more issues. If you have deep cuts in the bruise I would suggest you see a Doctor. Here at CurieDoc, we have Dr Rehman specialising on Emergency medicine, if you want to consult him you can click on this link to download the iOS App. Generally he calls back within 30mins* of making an appointment. How does a human make bruises on their own back?

I did it in the bathtub when I was little.I discovered that I could create a “suction cup” effect by lying down in the tub and flexing my back and shoulders in a particular way.Being a 6 year-old boy, I was quite pleased with the rather rude noise created by by repeatedly creating the effect, then slowly breaking the vacuum. The side effect was gigantic, ugly bruises all over my back. They weren’t painful, so little Noah thought they were awesome, and showed them off at school.Cut to a week later, and little Noah is now lying in the bathtub, making rude suction noises for the nice man with a clipboard from the Child Protective Service.

Dog tooth bruised.?

Yesterday I gave you a link to American Veterinary Dental College's information about this condition, and why it SHOULD be treated by a vet. And what can happen if it isn't treated. That it likely IS painful and your dog is just hiding the pain. And that in most cases the dog needs the pulp removed, either by extraction of the tooth or a root canal. https://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20150403152320AAcFT0r

Why are you not listening to that EXPERT information and taking your dog to your vet?

EDIT:

As for cost of a root canal, that could vary greatly among different vet clinics. About 3 years ago one of my dogs had a broken eyetooth and my vet quoted me $1000 for a root canal. I had it extracted instead for under $300 (that included blood work up and IV during surgery) and the dog is just fine.

EDIT #2:
"And how do you know if it is pulpitis?"
The only one who can tell you that for sure is a vet. But you said yesterday the dog's tooth was pinkish, and from the website I gave you: "Usually pulpitis can be determined visually. If the tooth appears intrinsically discolored (a color change from within, not on the exterior), then pulpitis has occurred." It also has a couple of good photos so you can compare them with your dog's tooth.

Will the bruise or blood under my toenail go away over time?

The dark spot is blood which leaked under the nail when a blood vessel was broken by the impact of the radiator. I have had a similar spot when I jammed my big toe while climbing down a mountain a few years ago. Likewise, I jammed my big toe once on a long run, causing a blood blister below the nail. The pain will go away as the blood dries and shrinks; it is the pressure on the nerves in the toe which is causing the pain. Sometimes, people get a doctor to make a small hole in the toe nail to drain the blood if the pressure is too great, but this isn’t usually necessary. However it will take quite a while for the blood itself to go away. Sometimes the toe nail itself will come off as a new nail grows in underneath it.Back with the running jam, I learned an interesting definition with that incident. I asked a friend of mine how long the new nail would take to grow back in and the blood spot to disappear.“Forever,” was the response. In my case, forever was about ten months.

Does it help healing to massage a bruise?

I'd lay off massaging a bruise until the bruise started to fade a good bit.A  bruise is caused when sudden pressure is placed on an area of the skin,  and this pressure breaks the smaller blood vessels (capillaries) which  allows blood to leak out under and between the layers of dermis (skin). As  soon as this happens, the body responds, sending in platelets ('sticky'  blood cells which form clots to stop the bleeding) white blood cells  (phagocytes-  they actually 'eat' the dead and injured bits of cells)  and a host of other substances (see: Wound healing) This creates a bit of congestion in the area, which we call swelling.  You may not even notice it, but this Inflammatory response  is what causes the discomfort of a bruise: The whole area is crowded, it's uncomfortable, it's inflamed. What you call "hard tissue" is all that extra 'stuff' doing its job.So now you want to rub on it, while it is already uncomfortable and all those little burst capillaries' leaks are being held in check by tiny clots, and there's extra fluid all through the area which is filled with stuff just trying to do their job-  no, smartest is to leave the area alone, and let your body do its job. When the bruise colours fade from red/blue/purple (blood, remember? Blood seen through skin) to blue, green, yellow, that's the time a little gentle massage might not hurt.  It will keep circulation fresh in the area, although, unless your inflammatory response is compromised, voracious-seeming phagocytes and other processes are busy at the site every minute.

I have a bruise on my hand from a really strong handshake. ?

nothing wrong with a firm and solid handshake but when the party(s) involved turn it into a who's the man competition then the handshake is not accomplishing what it is meant to do and is useless...you may just heal slowly so i would just give it time and take it easy on that hand....should the occasion arise where you have this happen again, since it seems to be all in jest, once the receiving party tries to turn it into a game just gently try to pull away and if that doesn't work then twist their arm up behind their back....i promise you they will let go...then don't shake with them anymore.....handshaking is supposed to be a greeting and a gentleman's gesture
