Is Andhra Pradesh developing under Chandrababu Naidu?
As rightly said by Author AP is stepping towards success in Chandra Babu Naidu rule.Challenges in AP CBN faced:Lack of funds to build AP.Lack of support from CENTER.No capital and infrastructure.Not having enough water for cultivation.Unhealthy opposition trying to create havoc and stop the growth to prove that CBN failed.Unemployment.Resistence from Govt employee to move to AP.Despite all these issues CBN was able to achive below points:AP is ranked ‘No 1’ in ease of doing business.Many cities in AP are considered most clean cities in INDIA.Got many companies to AP like ISUZU, HERO, KIA, REDMI, and so many. CBN almost got a koran city in anathapur and sri city became a mobile manufacturing hub.Able to provide water for cultivation from pattiseema.A 2 digit growth in the last 4 years with continuous improvement.People have so much trust in CBN that farmers gave 33000 acres of land for capital even after opposition tried to put many hurdles by provoking few farmers.Even after so many cases filed in green tribunal CBN was able to overcome all these and started AMARAVATHI in a fast pace.Once the CAPITAL starts and there is enough infrastructure and facilities then only people will come to AP. So CBN is creating an environment to live in AP.CBN is planning to convert AP to a tourist destination and is making it most livable cities in AP.Not going to discuss about free bees as CBN was against it but has to inherit it to win peoples heart. This free bees include giving 1000 for unemployed, giving quality food for 5 rs in ANNA canteens etc.AMARAVATHI is changing its shape every day and in the next 5 years this would become a very pleasant city to live.Foremost he is trying to generate revenue thorugh all means and not depending on CENTER for funds.CBN is having a joint venture with Singapore in 1800 acres and they would bring in international companies and advertise about AMARAVATHI in international market.The main issue here is that BJP is playing a divide and rule policy in AP based on caste and creed using opposition parties. So this set of people even if CBN makes AP no1 they will try to find bad in that.In the next 3–4 years we are going to see an extra ordinary city and state in INDIA.
