A little bump on my testicle?
I'm 13 years old and I recently noticed a little bump on top of my left testicles epydymis, I think you call it like that. Its not hard but kind of squishy. Could it be just an infection or a normal thing? Can it be testicular cancer or something?
Huge lump on top of testicle?
There's a HUGE lump on the top of my right testicle. NOT my left. Just the one... It's about an inch long and a half inch wide ( maybe a tad smaller) i went to the doctors for testicular pains, at the time i didn't notice the huge lump. he did an examination and said i could possibly have a partial torsion. he sent me to get an ultrasound done and also to see a urologist specialist. The ultrasound came back negative (nothing wrong), and the urologist examined me and didn't think it was even a torsion. After getting home i noticed it on MY right testicle. I'm thinking one of the two doctors would have caught this if it was something wrong, and definitely the ultrasound would have came up positive for some sort of obstruction/problem/mass. Is this normal to have? Is it simply on one testicle and not the other? I thought it might be part of the testicle that connects the spermatic cord and such to the testicle. anyways, any answers?

Someone that I know recently complained of something similar. It turned out to be a spermacyst. Although a spermacyst usually causes pain or discomfort it doesn't always cause pain or discomfort; In fact, a lot of people dont discover it until it has emassed and it is too late. If it becomes too late it will hurt and you will be sterile. A spermacyst is simply a cyst on your testicle(s) that comes from strenuous sperm ejaculation or not enough sperm ejaculation otherwise known as excess sperm. It is very hard to detect because they are usually quite small but you would be able to feel it. A doctor visit would be a good idea. If it is a spermacyst it can easily and painlessly be removed in a surgical procedure that does not involve the removal of your testicle unless left untreated for too long. If it is your epididymis, it would be at the rear or posterior end of your testicle.
A bump on my testicle?
About a month ago, I noticed a small white bump on my testicles. It's on top of the skin, and if I squeeze it hard enough, a stringy kind of puss comes out. Similar to a blackhead or pimple. Is this something I need to worry about, or is there a creme I can buy to make it go away? It doesn't hurt and it's not uncomfortable, just embarassing.
Is a bump on the testicle just the epididymis??
Your epididymis is going to be somewhat soft and it should be round and disconnected from your testicle. It is about the size of kidney bean. If it is hard feeling than it might be cancer, but most cancer occurs within the testicle itself not the epidydimis. You can also get cysts in your epidydimis which are just fluid collections, and they can be any size. So in summary if this mass/thing that you are feeling is not within/connected to your testicle or not rock hard than it is most likely not cancer.
A lump on my testicle?? Epididymis??
I dont think it is cancerous but here is what it is like... -It is on my right testicle, on the top of the front or back. -Im 13. -I have read it could be the epididymis?? A small bump on the back of the testicle. -It is NOT rock hard, and does not show through the scrotum. So any help would be appreciated, I may go to the doctor depening on u all say, just dont give me an answer saying "GO TO THE DOCTOR!!" Thanx all.

Testicular cancers occur in the testicle. There is stuff outside the testicle that include the epididymis and blood vessels. Bumps and swelling of this stuff outside the testicle are common and sometimes there's discomfort from inflammation and/or infection.A lump within the testicle needs examination by ultrasound. Small less than BB sized bump on top of right testicle?
18 Year Old White Male Found a less than bb sized bump on top of my right testicle (the one that sits higher than the other) It is not on the scrotum, it is inside on top of the testicle. I honestly think it doesn't ever hurt. I think I'm just over thinking it and I think it feels weird like kinda hurts only when I think about it. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar case and had it checked? I'm calling the doc tomorrow, but I think it might just be my epididymitis but the one im feeling on the right is harder than the one on the left that is almost spongy like. I do lift weights. Nothing crazy but I do go to the gym. Just looking for some mature thoughts!
'Small grain of rice' on top of left testicle?
Hey guys, found a grain of rice sized 'lump' on top of my left testicle. Now it doesn't cause me pain unless I fidget with it for a long period of time, where it causes a sharp shooting pain. I'm a bad hyperchrondriac so I worry about everything I went to the doctors earlier this week, he had a feel around my testicles and told me that everything was fine and that it was just a cyst and that I'd have it for the rest of my life most likely. He got some information up on his computer and said that it was something to do with the epedermus but nothing to worry about and that it 'definitely wasn't cancerous as my testicles are smooth, and he can't find anything wrong and that if he thought anything was bad, hed be sending me for a scan' Problem is that I'm still worrying now like almost a week later, the 'grain' is still there and I can't stop fidgeting with it and worrying. What should I do?
