Buy/sell Judgement Of Music Shouldn

Buy or Sell: GZA> Eminem?

Definitely a buy. GZA's one of the best lyricists around. Overall, some of his albums were weak, but he put down "Liquid Swords," an instant classic and still one of the best rap albums ever put out.
Eminem's highly overrated. If he weren't produced by Dre, he wouldn't have got nearly the recognition he did.
And if he weren't white, he'd be yet another rapper largely ignored.
He may be good for a "white" rapper, but judged as just a rapper, he's middle tier at best. He's definitely not a genius as proclaimed by many in the media. There are many black geniuses in rap, ones who changed the way rap, R&B and rock music is made, and yet they're not proclaimed geniuses by the forces in the media.

Where can i buy a hangDrum instrument?

It says here that PANArt Hangbau has stopped production on the Hang Drum, to focus on their newer similar instrument 'The Gubal'
http://www.hang.ch/en/news/category/news -- see '17. December 2013'

But have a look here --

I'd do a LOT of research before buying one so you get a quality instrument, but even then it might be difficult for a true Hang Drum --

Maybe consider a 'Turtle Drum', not quite as expensive

Or consider a 'Hapi Drum' --

Or a 'Tank Drum'

Or maybe the 'Tongue Drum'

Of the one's I've heard I'd be more interested in the softer tones of the 'Zen Tambour' --

http://exoticvessels.com/zentambour/available.php -- somewhat expensive

I don't have any of these instruments (nor really know what' the best deal for your money), but I'm sure there are other similar instruments out there. I hope you search out some Hang Drum related forums and ask you questions there, as I think you'll get better information than you'll get here.

I wonder if these instruments were all inspired (in some part) by the Gamelan --

Where can I buy Emile Pandolfi sheet music?

My colleague Malcolm's point's well made (from Mr Pandolfi's own website):

"Emile Pandolfi, is recognized as one of the premier pop pianists today."

But had he looked, he would also have been able to answer your Q, in pursuit of charity, which is that what 'sheetmusic' is about, is resoundingly bootleg, and it would seem that he hasn't been legitimately published in sheetmusic form as yet. No mention of it on Mr Pandolfi's website either. And it's not shy of mentioning things for sale... :-)

However, for better or worse, Mr Pandolfi also seems to have a Chopin album out, so perhaps all is not as it seems at surface level, yet again, as regards the talents, or otherwise, of Mr Pandolfi, and blindly asserting "not a classical musician" might therefore be a tad unwise:

(I'm not going anywhere near whether he's a good one. Never heard him, nor of him until this, now.)

For better or worse, once more, before rash judgements at the surface make for omelettes' worth of egg on visages, let us look before we leap? ;-)

Bottom line, it seems you can't buy it anywhere, for it's not published, but all power to your elbow for first off asking for a place to buy! Very refreshing. I can't find anything to give you that which would solve your quest, I regret to say. Try asking at his own website perhaps?

All the best,

Should I buy the 32GB or 128GB Pixel Phone?

I ended up buying a 32 GB Pixel XL in really blue color. Whether to buy a 32 GB or 128 GB phone depends on what kind of files are you going to have in your phone. If you usually have tons of photos and videos, and you have good internet connection (preferably wifi), a 32 GB should be enough because Google Photos offers unlimited full resolution storage of all your photos and videos. But, if you are a kind of person who tends to have lot of music, or apps, then 128 GB is a better option for you. Also, if you are living in an area where you do not have good internet connection, and it is not possible to regularly sync your photos and videos with Google photos, it might be a better option to buy 128 GB.For me, 32 GB is enough because I have good WiFi connection at both my home and office. I also have almost no music files in my phone. I really wanted to buy the really blue version, and I can make a compromise. I am not really a mobile phone gamer, so I don't have tons of gaming apps in my mobile phone, which tend to take up a lot of storage.

Can anybody tell me how to buy condoms at a store (Meijer)?

Trust me they are NOT going to ask you anything. If they do say anything you could reply "Well I AM a responsible person. Too bad more men are not.". You should be proud to buy condoms it shows maturity and good judgement.

{KRHH} Buy Or Sell, people who mock AAVE (Ebonics) are probably racist?

http://www.stanford.edu/~rickford/ebonic...

I'm pretty sure I've had a question in a similar vein before, but this ones illustrated a bit more clearly.

Now, many of us are aware of the negativity surrounding AAVE and the view that it is lazy or broken English. People also mock AAVE whilst associating it with Hip-Hop fans, since it is a generalization that all Hip-Hop fans speak in "Ebonics", as do those dumb thug rappers.

While the idea of AAVE is, to be honest, a weird thing, mainly because some argue that it could be considered completely separate from the English language, which is insane, but I digress. The point is, it's a distinctly different, but non-inferior way of speaking/writing. It is a variation that should be appreciated for it's cultural influence, distinct pattern and overall influence on the English language in general.

But, unfortunately, like many things in America, since it is different from the standard or norm, it is considered inferior and is associated with ignorance. If you drop g's from words endin' in ing, you are judged to be, essentially, a moron.

AAVE stands for African American Vernacular English. As the name would suggest, it is prominently used by African Americans. It is considered to be a lesser form of speech/writing than the typical, White Americans form of speech/writing. Now, what I want to say, has already been said, far more eloquently than I ever could have put it, so I'll end this with a note from the CCCC (when referring to their students).

"We affirm the students' right to their own patterns and varieties of language—the dialects of their nurture or whatever dialects in which they find their own identity and style. Language scholars long ago denied that the myth of a standard American dialect has any validity. The claim that any one dialect is unacceptable amounts to an attempt of one social group to exert its dominance over another. Such a claim leads to false advice for speakers and writers and immoral advice for humans. A nation proud of its diverse heritage and its cultural and racial variety will preserve its heritage of dialects. We affirm strongly that teachers must have the experiences and training that will enable them to respect diversity and uphold the right of students to their own language."

Can you return a game for full price?

Due to copyright laws, any store that sells you media such as games, movies or music cannot accept an open return- especially for resale. It's also contingent on the specific store policy. I've worked at a Gamestop and Walmart, and the only time we could ever provide a refund is if the item is either unopened and still in original packaging with a receipt or if you attempt to return a damaged copy and they DON'T have an exact replacement. Even that is discretionary because they can send you to another store that has it, if it's defective of course.

Your best bet is to buy used games and sell them when you're done (which will be for much less than you paid for...) or sign up for one of those sites like Gamefly.com where you can "rent" them for as long as you want. I think Redbox even rents games now.

Should I buy or lease a car?

hi I am 18, a guy. I am looking at used cars and some are overpriced with high miles. I was looking at the Volkswagen website and I am interested in leasing a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. my dad bought a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas. I have a job so don't call me spoiled. I want a car with a CLEAN title. god knows what the other cars have gone through. is it worth leasing a car?

Should the film, TV, music, video game, and toy industries voluntarily get rid of their ratings systems?

I think Mr. Stenta is quite misinformed about what rating system is all about. Either that, or he is under some kind of weird illusion that the world only consistent adult population and there's no such thing as underage children and teenagers. I'm against censorship as well. But rating system is NOT censorship. Rating system is a guide to parents regarding the content of a TV, film, music and video games, whether the government believe is appropriate for underage children. Now mind you, even if a game is rated M, a TV show is rated mature, or a movie is rate R, parents can still decide to let their children play it, watch it, listen it. The government only make sure underage children can't purchase these items without adult accompany. The same goes with cigarette and alcohol. While an underage person can not buy cigarette or alcohol, his/her parents can very well buy them and allow them to smoke or drink. When the store refuse to sell liquor to a 10 year old, that's not Prohibition, that's social responsibility reinforce by law. Parents can't screen every piece of entertainment content their children watch or play, they can't play through a 60 hour game, say GTA V, and then decide if this piece of content is suitable for their 12 year old. And game companies have to have some kind of guidance to use for good judgement when creating these contents for younger children. That's what rating system is for, it is a reliable guide for parents to decide if the product is appropriate for their children without watch/listen or play it. And yes, nudity and violence are reality, and children should be exposed to them growing up. But there's the right, healthy way to do it and there's the wrong and traumatizing way to do it. And I'm pretty sure it can be very traumatizing if you let a 8 year old play a game where one of the missions will require players to torture someone with car battery for information. When children can't separate fantasy and reality, there're some information they shouldn't be exposed to without parental guidance. But of course, I guess you can argue that in a perfect world, parents should go over everything their children read/watch/listen and play, fully understand the content, and make an informed decision on if the content is good for their children. Then again, in that same world, I'd be thin and pretty and makes 1 M a year has a house in Malibu.
