Ca Traffic Court After Pleading No Contest Can You Go Back And Fight The Ticket

No contest plea vs. guilty plea?

If you plead no contest it will mean little. In California, you have the right to do a plea of guilty, no contest, not guilty. In a traffic case it is a distinction without a difference. You still get points on your license, etc.
The no contest plea is designed for cases where a civil suit is in the offing. If say, you are charged with battery, and your victim might sue you, a guilty plea all but ends your defense of the civil case. On the other hand, a no contest plea is legally the same, except you can still fight the civil case and the plea cannot be used against you.
Hope that helps.

I just got speeding ticket in San dimas Cali. I know i have to go to diving school so that my insurance won't

You can contest the ticket, just like you can any other accusation that you violated the law. You have to go to court unless you do a "trial by declaration." In general, unless you really tick off the hearing officer, this will not result in an increased fine.

Traffic school is very easy to arrange. With your citation in hand, go to this site:

and follow the "traffic tickets" link

It does cost a bit more to go to traffic school, since you have to pay the fine, plus a traffic school fee, plus the cost of the school. This all gets paid up front. The LA Superior Court allows online schools (I am the voice of experience on this), and you can handle everything online, including paying the costs with a credit card.
