Ca You Play As A Girl In Any Of The Final Fantasy Games

While I am not sure that there is any evidence that Final Fantasy is more popular amongst girls than other RPGs there are 3 reasons I can think of as to why Final Fantasy could be more popular with girls in comparison to other RPGsA tradition of interesting, well written, prominent female charactersFinal Fantasy going back to at least Final Fantasy 7 (You can probably include 5 and 6 but I haven’t had sufficent time with them to comment) has always had good and interesting female characters. Final Fantasy 7 has Aerith and her death scene is one of gaming’s most shocking moments that some people have still never recovered from (just look at how many “How to revive Aerith?” answers there are on the internet to see how popular she is. Final Fantasy 8 has Rinoa and Edea who both drive the plot and are interesting characters. Final Fantasy 9 has Garnet/Dagger as basically as a Deutragonist with Zidane. Garnet very much drives the plot and her growth very much matches that of Zidane. Yuna is pretty much the protagonist of Final Fantasy 10 even though we see the game through Tidus’ perspective. Final Fantasy 12 is pretty much about Ashe and Lighting is basically the lead for the Final Fantasy 13 line. Then there are the other cool and popular female characters like Tifa, Quistis, Freya, Lulu, Fran and Fang (whoa, I hadn’t noticed all the badass female characters in Final Fantasy who’s names start with F until now) who are all undeniably badass. It must be nice for girls to be able to more easily relate to all the cool females characters in the Final Fantasy games.A number of “cute” characters.Final Fantasy has a number of cute recurring elements through out the series including Chocobos and Moogles but also includes things like cactaurs, Moombas, cait sith and PuPu . Traditionally girls enjoy cute things so having a game series that is full of them will make them stand out amongst the fairer sex.A lesser focus on mechanical skillThe Final Fantasy games have always had less of a focus on mechanical skill and instead have focused more on understanding the underlying sub-systems, players only have to focus on understanding how the game mechanics interact rather than have the muscle memory and twitch reflexes necessary for most other genres. This means that Final Fantasy is a good point of entry for new gamers such as girls who have traditionally not been the core target market for games.

What kind of games do you girls like to play?

Now, I can't speak for any one person, but I imagine girls enjoy good games of various genres differing from person to person. Girls, like guys, have differing tastes and opinions; some probably like Nintendo (Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, Professor Layton) while others enjoy other games (Forza Motorsport, Skyrim, Dead Island).

For some reason, my reasoning abilities cannot fathom that very many girls enjoy games like Battlefield or Call of Duty; the females of the species seem too intelligent to need such primitive, mindless games. Yes, I am likening CoD and BF fans (I'm a CoD player myself) to male-grade stupidity.

Do more girls play Final Fantasy then boys do?

I wouldn't say dat, girls too play games alot but boys are like ADDICTED to games than girls. as 4 FINAl FANTASY, there are both boy and girl characters so i checked round ma neighbourhood and saw that the ratio of boys 2 girls that play is 3:4. SEEMS LIKE D BOYZ LOSE OVER HERE!

Is Final Fantasy X-2 a lesbian game?

Hahaha...explains why many adolescent male teens play it.

But if i remember it was the same as FFX except you control three females (erotic fan fictions would be endless). The gameplay system was revised to have the FF5 job system. So each of ur characters could change the job and thus would have a different characteristic. But a cool gimmick was that when you change a character's job, her dress also changes. In FF5 and FFT, it was okay to change dresses since they looked cool.
But in this game it was like dressing up three girls in overtly sexual dresses.
Maybe that's why people label it as a lesbian game.

DS games where you can create and play as a girl?

The Harvest Moon series is pretty close for you, but be careful, only a handful let you game as a girl:
Harvest Moon DS: Cute, Grand Bazar, Sunshine Islands, and Twin Towns (the newest) all let you, the others do not.

Rung Factory 2 also allows you to pick your sex, but only after the first generation is finished. During the first generation you have to be a boy and pick a marriage candidate. Your child takes over later, but while you can romance some people as the child, you cannot get married in the second generation.

I'm not sure how good of a GAME it is, but Ragnarok for the DS also let you pick your sex.

Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja you play a female ninja. The game and its sequel are NOT easy though, expect frequent death.

Etrian Odyssey and all its sequels let you pick your character's genders when you create them, but that's only because it makes no difference to the storyline.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of time let you pick your gender, and I think Rings of Fate does as well.

Do you girls play Video games?

Yes i like playing video games, especially Resident Evil, all of them, although i've only played RE0, RE1, and RE4, the most i liked until now is Resident Evil 4, because it is too much action, and all the new items plus the mercenaries, and Ada appears again!!!! i just love it.
I'm looking forward to get Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, i want to play it, it seems that it is a special game that narrates Wesker's intentions.
I also like playing:
Final Fantasy
Silent Hill 4: the room, man that game was freaking scary, but once i started i just couldn't stop playing it
Gears of Wars
Kill Zone
Fire Emblem
Eternal Darkness, although eternal darkness kind of dissapointed me , i thought it was going to be scarier but it was not.
Devil May Cry
Soul Calibur (all of them, but my favorite is sc2)
Bloody Roar Primal Fury
Tales of Symphonia (have you ever played it?) i like this game a lot

You know, now that i'm answering to your question, i realize that i like scary games, or at least mystery games, i also like action games, i just like how it feels to be expecting something and it just won't be how you thought but worse, i don' know how to explain it, especially in Resident Evil, i love to play those.

Are there any Role playing games For XBox 360 for girls?

XBox 360 games with female protagonists (leading character):

RPGs:
Kingdom's of Amalur: Reckoning (selectable gender, but gender in this game plays little role.)
Dragon Age 1 & 2
Final Fantasy XIII & XIII-2
Mass Effect 1 - 3
Elder Scrolls 4 & 5
Borderlands 1 & 2
Fallout 3 & New Vegas
Dragon's Dogma (selectable gender, but gender in this game is irrelevant)
Dark Souls (same as before, gender is selectable but plays no role)

Non-RPGs worth mentioning:
Bayonetta
Alice: Madness Returns
Portal 1 & 2
Mirror's Edge
Velvet Assassin
Wet
Tomb Raider Legends
Tomb Raider Underworld
Bullet Witch
Beyond Good & Evil (XBLA)
Lollipop Chainsaw
Venetica
Left 4 Dead 1 & 2
Dead Island
X-Blades
Saints Row the Third
Perfect Dark Zero
Kameo

I wouldn't classify Lollipop Chainsaw as an RPG (it has slight RPG elements, but it's an action slasher) Loved it too, a shame it was so short. Hope they do a LONGER sequel! If you liked Lollipop Chainsaw, you will love Bayonetta (basically it'S Devil May Cry, just with a really sexy woman in the lead.)

Well.. Considering I am a female I'll answer from a female perspective.Playing Games? Well, if she's a gamer too, sure. I play with my boyfriend all the time. Final Fantasy XIV, Overwatch, Destiny (Slowed down on that one.) We have different taste so we also play seperately.Testing..? Please don't do this. I'm thinking this means testing her skills or what she knows about said game? Either way don't do it. It'll be known if she's a gamer or not with time but as for the skills part, just no. At one point, my boyfriend was even overly competitive with me and quite frankly depending on the female, it's a turn off. You're just there to have fun! Leave it at that instead. Besides, there may be a chance where you will look mighty awkward if there is a game that she runs circles around you in.Unless you're into that type of thing. Still, don't stress her out! Haha!

If we are talking about some computer game. Most girls are not so good at games that men like to play. Also men are not so good or don't realy have that much fun of the games that girls prefer.Even if you will find a game that seems OK to both of you, chances that her playing style will disappoint your or visa versa - she will be disappointed with your playing style. I saw such things many times. So I wouldn't suggest to look in that direction if you plan your spare time with your girlfriend, as both of you will probably feel unhappy afterwards.

I’ve played a lot of online games in my day. When I played Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, I noticed that there were lots of women playing it. I was in a guild (still friends with them, even though I don’t play anymore) with about 100 very active members at it’s peak. I eventually went on the guilds VOIP program of choice after a couple months with them, and about half of them were women. I later learned that out of about 100 very active members in the guild, many of them were women. I started looking into and discovered that Final Fantasy XIV has tonnes of female players, and many other MMOs do as well.Other than that, I can’t really say. Because a lot of the time you’ll be playing a game with a girl or woman and you’ll never know.
