How long can a burrito last in a fridge?
This is tough because you have to ask what is in it, and how the individual parts were treated. If you put the burrito together warm, and then wrapped it in foil, and put it in the fridge, I really wouldn't eat it after a day and a half.If everything was cooked, cooled quickly, and then built, wrapped in foil, and put in the fridge, then I would identify which item was cooked first, and it should be good for the next 4 days after that. If the meat was cooked yesterday, then 3 days, etc.The problem with burritos is that it is full of high protein, and starch items. Those are prime ingredients for spoilage. The multi-layered nature of the burrito adds another level of contamination, and all these things cool differently. The fact that it is all wrapped, and wrapped in foil, means that the center stays warm for a long time after the outside gets cool. In other words, it stays in the temperature danger zone for a long time. So, I wouldn't keep burritos very long, and put them on the list of things to be very careful with keeping.
What is the best way to reheat a burrito?
You don’t want to steam it. You want to grill it or put it into an oven or a toaster oven.If you put it in the oven put a pan with water in there, too. 300ºF for about 20 mins. The inside of the burrito will steam and the outside will be toasty and wonderful.

I eat here at least weekly for breakfast or lunch.Burgers: Lucky 13 1300 S. for Burgers and Beer. Or Riches Burgers…. Someone mentioned the Cottonbottom, good, but, under new management from what I heard.Oasis Cafe, 500 E 200 S has an amazing veggie grain burger. This place WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! Definitely a great value! The Beef Stroganoff at the Copper Onion will leave you wanting to come back to Salt Lake for more. OMG!!!!Settabellos Pizza on 200 W and maybe 250 S has remarkable authentic Italian pizza. This is not the same or comparable to Pizza Limon. They also have authentic Gelato. Those foil containers that they sometimes put the take out food in at restaurants for "doggy bags" and they put the cardboard top over and sort of push the sides over to keep it shut ... can you microwave them?
