Calc II: Work requried to pump water out of rectangular tank?

Completly confused for some reason.

Calculate the work (in Joules) required to pump the water out of a full rectangular tank. The water exists through the spout above the rectangle. Distances are in meters, the density of water is 1000kg/m^3.

Distances shown are 8, 4, and 5, with the spout being 1m above the top of the rectangle.

Any help is appreciated!

A circular swimming pool has a diameter of 12 meters, the sides are 3 meters high, and the depth of the water is 2.5 meters. The acceleration due to gravity is 9.8 m/s^2 and the density of water is 1000 kg/m^3
