Can A Horse Get A Black Eye

Will I get a black eye?

about two-three hours ago i was in PE and was playing Softball, when the bowler through the ball like directly at me, I still hit it and the big ball went flying into my face - hitting me exactly on my eye socket.

My eye is sore to touch but no bruising - i hear black eyes form the next day - do you reckon I will have one?

Can a black person get a black eye?

A black eye is the result of the rupture of the blood vessels and capillaries in the area immediately surrounding the eye.
All human being are capable of having a 'black eye'. Skin tone might affect the obviousness of a black eye but that is all.

Horse with black, eye? ***************************?

If your vet has checked your mare, you've done a stain and checked for anything in the eye, etc., you've done all you can for her. Just keep an eye out for discharge and if you see any then get your vet out again asap. If the swelling is going down then your vet must be right about the 'black eye' and do what you would do for one, ice it if you can.
Keep an eye out as things can change quickly. I had a weanling lose his sight and a yearling lose her eye. Good luck.

What do you call a horse's eye when it is NOT brown\black? ( ____ eye...)?

There are many variations of the horses eye color. Hopefully one of these is what you are refering to:

Glass Eye:
This is seen in pseudo albinos (cremellos and perlino). The iris is off-white or pale blue, and the pupil is blue.

Wall Eye:
This has an off white or pale blue appearance with a brown iris. The blue appears to “bleed” from the centre of the iris spreading outwards from the pupil to the iris. Elsewhere the iris is white. Wall eye is occasionally associated with blindness and iris hypoplasia. Wall eye is common in broken coloured horses or horses with a white face, but can be seen in solid colour horses. It is also called China Eye, Marble, Chalk or Watch Eye.

For a long time, people believed that a blue-eyed horse was blind. This is not true. Blue eyes don't mean anything, they are just blue. Typically, there is white on the face that covers the eye, especially in spotted breed such as the American Paint Horse, but sometimes a dark horse will just have blue eyes.

Sometimes the horse can have one blue eye and one brown, or even have eyes that are mixed blue and brown in the same eye.

Can i get a black eye from crying?

so i had a rough night yesterday which resultet in a minor bout of full on panic and heavy crying, more so than i'm used to. after i calmed down i noticed that my eyes were mora puffy than expected and appeared bruised, but i thought nothing of it and expected it to go away over night. only now they're still noticeably puffy, red, and appear to be bruised? not dark circles but legit bruised. it's nothing makeup can't cover up but is this normal? do i need to worry? i also have the headache of the century but i don't think that's related (doesn't hurt to include ut though)

I was warned in a dream not to look into the eyes of a black horse. What does it mean?

The horse has played many a symbolic role in ancient folklores. Among them the horse has been regarded as playing the role of messenger from the spirit world. The significance of the black horse could symbolize that of something possibly sinister in nature. There is the fabled legend of Québécois descent that the black horse is associated with the devil. A horse has also been representative of doom and despair which we can allegorically relate to that of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse where the black horse represented famine and famine is a time of despair and misfortune. The symbolic meaning of the black horse here could be a portend of doom. This interpretation seems appropriate since you say you are warned, and why should you be warned you ask? You are warned because a warning acts as a discouragement to carry out an act that could have potentially dire or unwelcome outcomes. On the basic premise that the dream is essentially a wish fulfilment (Freud). The interpretation is that you do not wish to look into the eyes of this beast because they say the eyes are the window to the soul. And why should you not wish to look into the eyes of this gallant and magnificent beast, to see the soul, you will see the truth. So, we must interpret this a wish to not want to see the truth when you look into the eyes of this portend of doom. You do not wish to know the truth if you dare face it as you think the outcome could be bad, seek and you shall find, you think the outcome will be one you do not desire, do not seek and you shall not find. This is the warning in your dream. You should think about your recent thoughts, activities, motives and people you’ve interacted with. It is up to you to determine who or what the horse could symbolizing – it could be some agenda of a dark nature that you may have recently been thinking about, one where you think the outcome could turn out bad for you.

What is the meaning of a black horse with red eyes in your dream?

It represents something deep in your subconscious. This can range from something external that you deal with or some latent aspect of yourself. Is there a raging drive within you, or is it a profound ability of perception and comprehension? Horses are powerful and smart; could it be that you fear people around you are hiding their true prestige around you?You have to look at things like: where was the horse in your dream, what was it doing, and what did you immediately feel when you saw the horse.Simple dream signs can mean a plethora of things that most interpretors know, but they may not apply to you unless you give more details. A lot of us aren't blessed like Daniel to interpret dreams before we even hear them.

A horses eye turning blue?

I am assuming that you are talking about the outer layer of the eye turning a milky blue color. This should have been seen by a vet IMMEDIATELY as it indicated inflammation. Inflammation can be caused by trauma or infection and either one can lead to permanent damage to the eye or even loss of the eye if not treated appropriately and quickly. This is because the cornea doesn't have a good blood supply so has less defense against infection-- white blood cells or antibodies can't get to damaged areas quickly. I have seen very minor wounds lead to loss of sight or the eye in just a few days time when they weren't treated.

Since it's been 2 weeks, it's quite likely that you have scarring on the cornea from the damage that occured. But you should really have a vet EXAMINE the eye.

What does it mean when you dream of a black horse with red eyes, and it's hurting your family, and it's in the front of your house?

In an older version of the video game Diablo (1 or 2) there was a monster that exactly fit this description. You tended to encounter this monster way before you were strong enough or fast enough, so it was able to kill your player character very easily and quickly, so once encountered there was nothing you could do to save yourself until later when you had more experience. If you played that game and had that experience, that could be the source of that particular part of the dream imagery.
