Only if you include the original sender with the forwarded email. In nearly all cases, if not all, when you forward an email you get an empty To, CC, and BCC address input box. The subject generally has “FW” or “FWD” added to the front of the email to show that it’s been forwarded. But ultimately, unless you add the original sender, the original sending will not know that you’ve forwarded the email.Now let me also say this. If the original sender included code embedded within an email letting him know exactly when and how many times the email has been opened, he will know. I see this with CRM software from time to time.But outside of that, with a traditional email, the original sender has zero knowledge you’ve forwarded the email, unless you include him as a recipient when you forward OR one of the recipients that you’ve forwarded the message to informs the original sender.

Hey I haven't came across an app which can make that automatic forwarding in whatsapp.But there is an android app called whatsapp scheduler which will help you to send a whatsapp message automatically on specific time to a specific contact with the message you want to type.So next time you can make your parents / friends feel good by wishing them for their birthday. :)
Will text messages be delivered to a phone that's turned off?
Maybe. It depends on how long the phone is turned off and the carrier’s specific policies on this.SMS is a store-and-forward messaging protocol. The sender sends the message to their carrier, where it is stored and then forwarded to the recipient’s carrier. If the recipient’s carrier cannot be reached, the message is retried for a period of time - hours at least and perhaps days.When the recipient’s carrier gets the message, it is stored and attempted to be sent in a low priority fashion. Because of the low priority, it may take a while (minutes) before it is even attempted to be sent. If the phone cannot be reached, it is queued up to be resent usually for a number of days. It keeps getting tried to be sent until this time elapses.Both the sender and recipient carrier will store the message for at least 30 days even if they aren’t trying to send it all that time.So, if you turn your phone off for a couple of hours, messages will queue up and they will be received. If you turn your phone off for a week, almost certainly you will lose messages. I suggest that for most carriers the time they keep trying to send messages to the recipient’s phone is 2–5 days. but if you are concerned you should check with them. Once the recipient carrier stops trying to send the message to the recipient’s phone, the message cannot be retrieved very easily. The sender could resend it from their phone, but that is about it.
