Can A Prepaid Vodafone Mobile Use A Optus Sim Without Unlocking It

I am in Australia. how can i get (optus Or Vodafone )mobile in cap(plan)?

The answer is the same as your other question.

You can't get a phone on cap because you don't meet the requirements for it (proof of stable financial situation, residency requirements etc etc). A plan is essentially a form of credit and if they are not satisfied they do have the right to refuse to grant a plan.

You could get a prepaid mobile and use a prepay cap, which has the advantage of giving you much the same functionality as the plan but without the contract, so if you no longer want the prepay cap you will not get stung for an early exit fee as you would on a contract.

You will need a form of identification (preferably photographic ID such as a passport/driver's license) to purchase a prepaid mobile, that's a requirement laid down by the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

How do I unlock my iPhone without a SIM card?

You don't need an active SIM card to activate an iPhone; any SIM card that matches the carrier that an iPhone is locked to will work, or if the iPhone is unlocked, any SIM card should do. You will need to activate the iPhone via a USB connection to iTunes in this case which will processes the activation via your computer over the Internet, and in this case neither iTunes nor iOS cares about whether the SIM card is active. So, knowing this, if you can find an old SIM card laying around, or borrow somebody else's old SIM card, try sticking it in your iPhone and going through the activation process. It will either work or it won't (usually if the iPhone is locked and the SIM doesn't match), but you won't damage your iPhone or hurt anything by trying.Even if you find an old full-sized SIM card, you can cut it down to micro-SIM size to insert into your iPhone. If it's a dead SIM card anyway, you've got nothing to lose by trying this either, and instructions and templates for doing this can be easily found online. If you really can't get your hands on any SIM card whatsoever, your only other option is to resort to jailbreaking tools that will effectively bypass the activation process, colloquially known as "hactivating" an iPhone. A wide variety of information and tutorials for doing this can be found online, particularly if you search for "hactivate iPhone" so there's not much point in going into them in detail here.

Can I use a sim from my mobile which already has data, in a dongle to use internet on my computer?

If you have SIM card with data pack and want to use High-speed internet with the computer then my suggestion is to use USB tethering option. Check this blog post to know How to share mobile internet with a computer using USB tethering and use high-speed internet. Now, why not a dongle with SIM card?Internet speed with the dongle is slower than USB tethering.Sometimes dongle disconnects the internet automatically. If the network is poor then dongle can't connect internet properly. You must have a 4g dongle to use the 4g network with the dongle. Now check why you should use USB tethering instead dongle? Check below…USB tethering gives high-speed internet than a dongle. You don't need to spend the extra cost to buy a dongle. What is a Sim Network Unlock Pin?

A“Sim Network Unlock Pin (NUP)” or“Network Unlock Code (NUC)” will remove the carrier lock built into GSM mobile phones by services providers to restrict the use of these phones to specific countries and/or networks. These are usually referred to as "Network (NCK)" or "Service Provider (SPCK)" locks and can be removed using the corresponding unlock codes, which are unique to each phone depending on its IMEI.Typically, a locked handset will display a message if a restricted SIM is used, requesting the unlock code. On recent phone models running Android software, the phone will display a message saying “SIM network unlock PIN” or “Enter Network Lock Control Key” if network locked. Windows phones will display the message, “This SIM card can only be used on specific networks".Unlocking the phone is universally legal so there are more reliable services like https://www.unlockradar.com, that will unlock your cell phone so you can use it with other carriers. The unlock code is verified by the handset and is generated by the manufacturer, typically using an algorithm such as a one way hash or trapdoor function. Sometimes big telecom providers change the original factory unlock codes as an extra layer of security against unlocking services. For various big brands such as Samsung and Motorola there is no algorithm but just a random code generator where the unlock codes are programmed in the phone itself and then saved in a big database managed by the manufacturer. The unlock companies like Unlockradar have access to these databases and that is how they can deliver unlock codes to their customers.

Can you use an iPhone 6 SIM in an iPad Air? Can you get calls and use the mobile data on the iPad?

Yes, as long as the iPad is the Cellular version. Keep in mind, the SIM identifies the line on your mobile account so if you have features that aren’t supported on a tablet they won’t work, or in some cases the device won’t work at all without calling the carrier and associating the device ID (IMEI) with the SIM card (ICCID). Swapping between like devices (phone to phone, tablet to tablet) is pretty seamless but phone to tablet can be problematic. With regards to calls, I am sure there are jailbreak apps that probably support this functionality via a pseudo VOIP but the OEM experience with an iPad will always use the iPhone to make calls via FaceTime.Good Luck.

Do unused phone SIM cards expire if they are not used?

Some SIMs have an expiry date, so that for instance, prepaid SIMs do not lay around on the shelves of shops for years and years consuming network database resources and costing support and licence fees (and hogging a phone number) whilst earning no revenue for an operator. If they are not used by the expiry date they get removed from the network systems and can not be used.Even once active prepaid SIMs can be turned off if the user doesn’t make use of them for a while. Maybe the SIM can be reactivated in the first months/year, but eventually the SIM is deleted, again, to reduce the cost to the network of supporting SIMs that are not earning revenue. If the SIM is on a monthly contract, it is unlikely that the operator will turn off a SIM that is still bringing in money every month, if only just the line rental.I have a monthly contact SIM that I haven’t used for over a year (one of 3 with the same number, 2 others are still in use), and this is still registered in my operator’s database. I didn’t use a prepaid SIM from another operator for more than 6 months and it got deactivated, but after about 1 year I had it reactivated with the same number. It is technically possible to reactive a SIM even if deleted as long as the full details of a SIM (encryption keys included) are still available. It probably won’t be done as a one off SIM reprovisiong will be a very expensive use of network operator’s employee’s time. It would be much cheaper to activate the old phone number on a new SIM.
