I am generating a lot of static electricity. Is that normal?

When it gets colder outside for some reason I tend to build up more static electricity. This happens a lot even if I'm doing nothing more than sitting in my office chair or walking for no apparent reason. I tend not to fidget around a lot nor do I intentionally slide my feet. The only metal I wear is my wedding band (14k gold).

The thing is, it only happens when it starts to get really cold outside (current temp is 21F). I could do the same things at 40F, 60F, 90F without any problems. Any ideas?

What causes ghost-touch on some smart phones with touch screens?

It depends on when it happens. If it only happens when you’re charging, it’s usually the result of using a poor-quality or damaged charger with too much ripple on the output. Try the charger and cable that came with the phone. If it happens when on batteries, it could be a dirty screen, or faulty digitizer.

I need gloves for playing games on my iPad.?

I don't need them for heat, I just need them solely for playing games. My fingers start to hurt eventually if I do. And the screen is sticky. Not to mention smudges all over the screen. If anybody knows of any that would be fantastic!
