Can Any Body Tell Me How To Get High Profile Sarkari Job Because It Is Much Difficult. What Is The

Disqualified from the Marines?

the marines have a minimum GPA requirement to join? that is a new one i haven't heard. all you have to have to join the marines is a high school diploma, and a PULSE.

I think the bigger issue is A.D.D. if you have a.d.d. i don't think you can join anyhow, and certainly not if you are dependent on ANY medication. Women get a pass on the BC pill so they can stay regular through basic, but if you are required to take any other medication, that is usually a show stopper.

can't help but feel there is something MISSING from your question. sounds like you have a GED and need college credit to be CONSIDERED. i say 'considered' because people going this route, although technically eligible to enlist, are going to have a DIFFICULT time getting in the door. why? military is down sizing big time, especially after re-election of his holiness, and they are turning away applicants that took the time to graduate from high school with a diploma. why turn them away to make room for someone who by in large chose not to?

BUT - if you DO need to take college classes to be eligible (and i have NEVER heard of the 'low GPA one' - maybe your recruiter is trying to break the news to you gently....that you can't get in?) then the courses you need to take must be CORE CLASSES. meaning they must be '100-level' courses that would count as credit toward a degree in an accredited program. This keeps people from taking 'self-improvement courses', auto shop, underwater basket weaving, etc, type of classes in order to get in. You are looking at algebra, english comp, literature, foreign language, etc.

Good luck!

L have a learning disability...job?

You need to find a job where you can handle your learning curve.

I would call your local human service agency. They are known to help individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities be place in jobs.

They would ask you to fill out some paper work. They may ask you to be tested at a place called vocational rehabilitation. Basically they test your strengths and find out your interests to what you want to do.

Example: Easter Seals would be a place to look for employment support.

Once you start a new job. They can provide you with a job coach, then you can later let them go because your comfortable with your new job.

How Will Obama's Econimical/Health Plan Fit, Anybody Know? ?

He has a plan? Funny all I've heard him say is he's going to tax the rich to pay for all his so called plans. Well you tax the rich who supplies the jobs and guess what is going to happen. They aren't going to pay those extra taxes, we the consumer are going to pay their taxes when they raise the cost of their products on us. ie Walmart, K-Mart, Sears etc all owned by who? Rich people. McCain is going to give tax breaks to everyone no matter what their income. Tired of hearing about his age. Age is experience and NObama has zilch for experience and has done nothing in the senate to help anybody and he doesn't believe in helping a baby that survived an abortion, just let them die. He is out for himself and that is all he is interested in with his crap plans that noway we can afford.

Can I get a good job if I only do diploma?

It all depends upon the question how you define the term "good job"here. If you complete your diploma obviously you will get a job in some or the other company and you will start earning. If you are working hard, and have suitable experience and domain knowledge, you will end up in some other company in high position.  Coming to the con's of diploma.  It is not a degree. You can do a degree after this. Most of the government jobs have made mandatory that you should have Degree to appear for exams. So if you have made only diploma you are losing out on opportunities. The salary will be less in the beginning and it may or may not rise exponentially. So my suggestion is,  if you have a degree your are presented with a sea of opportunities. Doing diploma will surely get you some job but gives you less option in choosing. I had a friend, for some reason he couldn't study. He studied ITI joined some company. He began to realise that I should study to get a decent job so he completed diploma and got promoted to next level. He saw people having a degree with less experience than him are earning more so he joined and completed engineering.  My point is if you can afford the education of a degree no matter what you should do it. If you  can't  afford also then above story should motivate you to do.

Should one leave a software job for a government job?

I would like to answer it appropriately. After B.tech, I had 3 offers in my hand.TCS- 3.25LTATA POWER- 3.8LDRDO (Central Govt job) - 2.65L (Pay revision pending w.e.f 1.1.2006, after pay revision it had become approximately 4L).Being a mechanical engineer, I outrightly rejected TCS from my mind. Parents, friends and relatives were pressurising me to join DRDO for obvious reasons. DRDO was giving me a Class I Gazzetted officer post in Grade B scientist designation. But I dont want to be a scientist. I know, I am not a scientist type of engineer and didnot want to pursue that career just because of govt and secured job.I joined TATA POWER. But within few months I understood that in Pvt sector compettition is too high. An MBA from A class institution can give u a better package and balanced life. Though I liked the job profile in TATA POWER but I understood future was not bright without MBA. I had no money for MBA and also had some liabilities and responsibilities.I enriched my knowledge about power plant and tried for some Automobile companies and PSUs which are located at cities (Metro cities and other cities where malls, multiplexes and restaurants are available). After one year I got an offer from an Oil PSU with 7.5 L CTC and posting at tier 2 city where all relaxation amenities are available. And what I liked most is, I got a better job profile in my new job. What I want to say is, dont go by govt job or money. Do what you like to do and what you expect from life. I am not a person who aims to settle or work in abroad. But I do love to visit some foreign destinations. I love to travel so leaves are important to me. CTC should be enough to lead a decent life. I still see my 26 inch television.Always take decisions on behalf of life not on career or money. Its life that rules the world neither career nor money. Do what you love. Love what you do.

How does anybody afford living in California?

Wow, haters out there.

With an average 1BR apartment going for $1200 per month, it's difficutlt to do it. Kids out of high school have to stay home until they can get enough skills to get a job that pays over $30,000 per month. Some people share an apartment. Our oldest daughter lived with us until she was 26.

It's not easy. The "secret" is patience, a good resume, and the fact that we do have slightly higher salary scale here.

Ooops, that's $3,000 per MONTH.
