There are only 2 movies that come to mind concerning incest between a brother and sister: The Gladiator", released in 2000 with Russell Crowe, had slight undertones of brother/sister incest with Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) and Lucilla (Connie Nielson). The second one is "Flowers in the Attic" but that was made a long time ago in 1987, based on the book of the same title by VC Andrews (I think she's the author). Sorry I couldn't be of more help !!
