Can Anyone Help Me To Justify This Statement

Can anyone please help me to justify this statement below???

Class characteristic - properties of evidence that can only be associated with a group and not a single source.

> Measurable features of an item that indicate a restricted group source based on design factors determined prior to manufacture.
> May be shown to be like or consistent with a questioned source, although not uniquely identifiable with that source.

Examples:
> A pair of faded blue denim jeans with paint stains and possible matching cuff.
> A pair of "NEW" and "UNUSED" Nike Air Force II shoes size 10 found in a crime scene (it won't help us distinguish it from other Nike Air Force II athletic shoes of the same size).
> Width of the tip of a screwdriver
> Width of land and groove impressions

=============================

Individual characteristics - properties of evidence that can be attributed to a common source with a high degree of certainty.

> Marks on an object produced by the random imperfections or irregularities on the surfaces of the tools used to manufacture the object.
> Produced incidental to the manufacturing process and typically seen at microscopic level.
> Can be produced on an object by use, abuse, and/or corrosion.
> May be uniquely identifiable with a source.

Examples:
> Fingerprints - the odds of two people having the same prints are one out of 1 x 10 to the 60th power. This is greater than the known number of humans on the earth.
> Bullet striations from gun barrels, tool marks, bite marks and irregular edges that fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.
> Striated and/or impressed marks produced by the action of the tip of a screwdriver on an object.

It's good to be bad. How can you justify this statement?

It can not be justified. Nothing in the world justifies any kind of bad behavior. If you start justifying anything which is considered immoral or unlawful, there is no end to what all you can justify. Good and bad are defined by the moral norms of the society as is prevalent upon the time.

Which of the following are never used to justify statements made in the proof of a new theorem?

How can we justify this statement that "Life is all about perspective."?

This, is my new pill box.See, I take medicine. Every day and night I swallow pills that work to balance chemicals in my brain. There are many perspectives you can make, infinite really, but I'm going to go with two; a negative and a positive.I could be in the dumps.“I take medicine, I need it to live because I'm not normal. I'm a sick person who needs to put chemicals into my own body to survive. Who even am I? A drug addict? If I were meant to live like this I would have been born with the correct chemicals.”Get the gist?Or, I can take a positive stance. I can check the facts and alter my perspective."I take medicine, I need it to live at this time in my life because my body needs it. I'm a person who has been through a lot in life to make me stronger. I do rely on these chemicals or I probably wouldn't be here, but I won't be on them for the rest of my life. Even if I was, I'd be okay. I have a great support system and amazing people who help me every day. We can afford therapy and medicine, and these prescription drugs are helping me, not harming me. I was meant to live this way because no one is ever complete.”I'm happy. This pill box rocks and my cat can't knock it over now because of the shape, finally! Seriously, it takes forever to clean up!Yes, it is all about perspective when it comes to how we look at it, everything.I always say, "you can't change the actions you make in the past, but you can change how you feel about them". Same goes for most things, maybe even everything.

Can you justify the statement ‘a healthy environment supports a healthy and happy life’?

Yes, I can justify the statement, 'a healthy environment supports a healthy and happy life'.Instead of just writing, let me draw it with an example. Flint, Michigan!According to CNN, (I have not still figured how to add a link with easy addition, so please Google search), in 2014, the Michigan State swiched water supply of Flint Michigan, from Lake Huron to Flint River.Soon the water in every house started smelling foul and nasty. Tests by EPA and Virginia Tech confirmed of the water loaded with Lead.Lead poisoning of a human, especially kids can cause heart, kidney, vision, developmental, nervous, cognition, hearing problems and delayed puberty. Now let us think of the families in Flint. If such problems develop whether for adults or for kids, what would happen? Kids instead of going to school, would be going to hospital to treat chronic diseases. Adults due to the breathing/ heart problems may have to take medical leaves or loss of pay leave to treat the diseases. Now if kids are developmentally challenged, they are the future citizens, not able to be productive part of the society. A country, society thrives on healthy, happy individuals, family and how they can contribute towards society. So if a whole town or area becomes sick, they are not able to contribute to society, instead society has to take care of them. All the health problems also lead to emotional problems. Addiction, drinking, suicide can be high as people are under stress not able to provide or take care of their kids. Would that be a healthy/happy life?We as humans live on this Earth, that supports us giving food, air, and water. Any of them gets contaminated, we the human, who needs all the three gets affected! Period! So, yes, 'A healthy environment is needed for a healthy and happy life'. Only governments and authorities think otherwise or close their eyes to this fact. All the very best! How do I justify the backlogs in a Statement Of Purpose for applying to a top university?

Backlogs hit us either because we didn't take the exams, or we simply couldn't measure up to them, and they beat us hands down. There can't be a third reason. In case 1, it's entirely possible and easy to honestly and factually explain the backlog. The case 2 gets sticky for applicants: simply because we FEEL, that it's NOT entirely possible and easy to honestly and factually explain the backlog. Which is WRONG. Don't flinch and tell them you messed up big time. Without any ado. Without batting an eyelid. State this first, and then break into your explanation jing-bang.... which may be s follows:"...I don't think I did it the right way... I was simply unprepared... I underestimated the efforts it demanded... I remained distracted... couldn't manage my time well enough... My health too, didn't help much either.. but that's not the key reason at all.... there are no excuses. I failed. And that's the fact. But I've learned my lessons the hard way..."Explaining backlogs or failures are best done, when you feel courageous and inspired from inside, and also determined that you know you'll not mess up the next time. When you write your application in a positive, confident mood, it shows in the style of your write-up,... there's a rub-off... And finally... remember, failure isn't a crime. But being dishonest and defensive about sure is. Also, try and imagine how you would react to get a dishonest, mocked-up or made-up tear-jerkers from your student as excuses for the flunk.
