Cons about the sims 4?
Well, there's quite a lot stuff that you may not like about sims 4- 1.Lack of toddlers -there are no toddlers, babies grow up and become child.(this may be a good thing for some) 2.No travelling- Sims only teleport from one place to another and that also takes quite a while ..when a sim visits someone nearby then also they show a sims screen on which there's a green diamond and that stays for a while and then your they show your sim at that place.You might get annoyed after sometime of playing coz of that screen. 3.Lack of swimming pool/swimwear- there are no pools or hot tub so that means no swimwear. 4.Less buildings- there aren't lot of building's like for science career,medical career,army,athletic career..so your sims just go for the job but there isn't any sort of building which they show. Also there aren't any restaurants in sims 4. Each neighborhood just has 4-5 lots. There are like a tons of other things but there's no space so that's it for now. :)
How to convince my parents to let me get the Sims 4?
Your parents sound like idiots. They are clearly over-protective, closed-minded conservatives who think that sex is a dirty word and that sheltering you from the facts of life will keep you safe. If anything, the sheltered kids are the ones who end up pregnant at 14 because they had no idea how it all works. Sims 4 is perfectly acceptable for a 12 year old - I played it all the time as a kid, and there's nothing "X-rated" about it (unless you consider 'woo-hoo' to be an offensive term!) How to install sims 4 custom content?
I am having trouble downloading custom content into the sims 4. I had custom content in the sims 3 but can't seem to remember how to do it for sims 4. I download all custom content off of thesimsresource.com so can someone tell me how to download it off of that website? I have windows vista and whenever I try to download something, adobe reader blocks it and brings me to WINRAR were it is also blocked there. What can you learn about someone by watching them play The Sims?
I believe the way people play The Sims can show you something about the way people approach tasks in life.I have only anecdotal evidence of this which comes from personal experience. My friend and I have grown up playing the Sims. I am very goal oriented in the way I play. I set tasks and fulfill them - filling wishes, raising skills, getting promotions, improving wealth, etc. My Sims have their whole life planned for them, not to mention their immediate action queue is often full. My friend, on the other, played very differently. She would spend much more time enjoying the actual actions and interactions. While I often played on triple speed, she would usually play on regular speed and up close, as if watching a movie. She would not plan the actions of her characters and often times let them use free will to do as they might. You can imagine that in real life, she is much more spontaneous than I am and much more prone to enjoying the journey rather than the destination.

If you mean regarding gameplay (once you have it installed on your computer or console) you start a new game by creating one or several Sims (a household) and moving them into a house.Your Sims will need to make a living finding a job or elsewise to pay their bills. Your Sims also have needs (bladder, hunger, sleep, social, fun etc… ) that they need to fulfill owning specific objects, performing interaction with other Sims or traveling to community lots.There are no rules or levels or anything to “win”. The game is about the life, relationships (wether they marry, have children etc…) and death of your Sims.Some people play legacies over generations of the same family, others prefer to rotate play different families, it’s all really up to you.I mean, it’s the easiest game ever, you just launch and start playing, the UI will tell you if there’s anything you have to do.Also when you first play the game there’s a tutorial if you want.

I'm a movie maker on youtube (just type in this screen name on Youtube) and I have come across an AWSOME Sims 2 movie maker, Jaydee. I have been to her site, and she has this amazing cheat that is called " the allmenues cheat". I have tried to find the folders, but so far I found nothing!
