Can Anyone Tell Me Any Exercises That Don

Can you tell me what this exercise machine is?

My husband bought a used exercise machine and I want more info on it as to what it does and how best to use it, but I don't know what it's called so I can't look it up...
You put your feet on the footholds and then move them back and forth on a track that is arc-shaped. There is a bar to hold onto but it doesn't move. Any help much appreciated! Thanks!!

Absolutely. I used to have a treadmill, and all I wore were shoes. Now I have a NordicTrak, and I often skip the shoes, although it's easier to keep my feet in place with rubber soles. If you're worried about your dangly bits, don't--our hunter/gatherer forefathers ran naked after wild animals, and their equipment must have worked, or we wouldn't be here!

Good exercises anyone?

lift weights and try HIIT cardio

Best for thighs, squats, side lunges (or skater's lunge), regular lunges.
For stomach it's mainly cardio, but do leg lifts, and scissor leg lifts and v-leg lifts.
Breasts, you want to do wide handed push ups and close handed push ups.

If you can find a steep hill somewhere, do hill sprints, (sprint uphill, walk down).

And above all, watch what you eat. Unfortunately diet is more important than what exercise you do if you want to tighten up!

Whenever I try to exercise, my mom tells me to stop but then tells me to lose weight. She also guilt-trips me about what I eat but gives me all fat foods and overloads my plate. I don’t get it. Who knows what to do?

I say throw out the junk, that���s not food. Period, ain’t lettin’ nobody tell me otherwise. That’s processed crap, glue, egg shells, hair, an’ what not and that ain’t doin’ nobody no good. That being said, and the sassy woman in me having quieted down, as much as this irks me to no end… How do you feel about yourself? Do you wanna lose weight? If yes, exercise. You have your bathroom, lock yourself in there and do jumping jacks and squats. 3x8–12 you can be done in 10 minutes. Exercise while she’s not around. Go to the bathroom to drink water before meals and eat until you are full and no more. Read up on healthy foods, let her do lunch, and you: Start walking and using the stairs. Take care of your breakfast and dinner: Eggs, meat, veggies, nuts, fruits, oats, cottage cheese….Exercise simply, for 20 min when your mother is not around. And drink at least 1,5 liters of water. Would you tell me any exercises for back and biceps? (with free weights and body weight)

One thing that you're missing on your list is hyperextensions. You can add free weights to this to increase difficultly. You can also change your grip, reps, weight on all of the above exercises to change things up.  Chin ups and mix gripped pull ups are great variations to standard pull ups:Hammer Curls, Preacher Curls and Seated Curls are also good variations on Bicep Curls:You should also learn how to deadlift with proper form. They are the single best exercise for your back if you using proper form. Start with a low weight and slowly work your way up after you've master proper form.You can also perform sumo deadlifts if you don't have the flexibility for romanian deadlifts.

exercise induced astham is one entity and vocal cord dysfuntion is another. they can theoratically co-exist but never heard of it. Best person to diagnose VCD would be an ENT or a pulmonologist. Lack of response to the inhaler is a possible marker pointing away from Asthma but it may also suggest severer form of asthma requiring a nebuliser.

suggestions would be to either go back again and again to the same doctor so that he/she can proceed up in the treatment protocol or consider a second opinion,

How many calories do I burn for 20 minutes of exercises?

How many calories do I burn in 20 min of easy exercises? I don't mean going to gym, just EASY exercises. I need to know this, so if you know, please tell me.
