Can Anyone Tell Me Why You Cannot Re-order All Of Your Photos In The Albums

Why won't tinder allow me to change my photo?

Tinder was working yesterday, but now it won't let me edit my profile picture, add new photos, or generally connect to my facebook albums. It's not a connection issue, because my internet/phone connection is working. Any ideas?

How can I move photos in Google Photos into folders or albums?

Two different concepts. Albums in Google Photos are just a place where you will add already stored photos just for the purpose of having them under a specific titled album. What I mean is… you are not copying the photos, just referencing them. Now folders are related to file systems, so in that regard what you can do, is have your pictures organized in folders and then have Google’s Backup & Sync app scanning those folders. That way you keep your photos organized in a traditional file system but also backed up in Google’s servers where they are sorted automatically.Although Mac oriented the concept is the same for any OS so you might want to check this article:The Best Photo Management Solution: Google Photos — The Sweet SetupRemember though that with Google Photos the best thing, in my opinion, is not having albums but actually make use of the powerful search capabilities it offers.

The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. Unable to order photo album.?

This problem is really starting to get to me lol. I sent my sims on their honeymoon and took LOADS of pictures and I've put them into order in family story window but when I try to order a photo album from the computer the option isn't available and I really don't understand why!? Lol. In a different sims family I could order photos even though they didn't have any whatsoever. If someone could please explain what's happening that would be great! I can't be the only person it's happened to lol. Thanks x x

When I delete photos from my iPhone Camera Roll, why do they get deleted from the album I just added them to?

Let me explain how the iOS albums work, with the help of an example:Let's assume you just bought your iPhone and your Camera Roll is empty. You now make one screenshot and then take a picture of a car.In your Camera Roll (aka "All photos") you now have two images - the screenshot and the car.In the "smart album" Screenshots in the Photos app, you see the screenshot, too.Let's assume you now create an album called Cars and add the picture of the car to it. You now see the car both in the Camera Roll and in the Cars album. Now go to the Camera Roll and delete the screenshot. It gets deleted both from the Camera Roll and from the smart album Screenshots. Then go to the Camera Roll again and delete the car too. It gets deleted both from the Camera Roll and from your Cars album. This is because the albums in the Photos app (both smart albums and user-created albums) do not physically contain any photos. All photos are physically kept in the Camera Roll only (this is also why Apple renamed it a few versions ago to "All photos"). The smart albums can be regarded as automatic Camera Roll filters. So e.g. the Screenshots smart album filters all screenshots from the Camera Roll. Similarly, the user-created albums can be regarded as user-created Camera Roll filters. When you add photos to an album, you in fact define that when you open this album, you want to only see these photos from the Camera Roll. So everything is physically in the Camera Roll, and the albums are only filters thereof. Now, it's clear that when you delete a photo from the Camera Roll, any album that has shown the photo until now, can't show it anymore, because it physically disappeared when you deleted it from the Camera Roll.I hope, this helps you understand how the iOS photo management concept works. I don't say it's good or bad, it's just the way how Apple designed it. So the album concept in the Photos app is not a folder filing system as we know it from computers. If you would prefer to manage your photos in a folder filing system and be able to move them out of the Camera Roll to the folders, then you can try the Utiful app, which is a complementary photo library allowing for easy and fast organization of photos into folders and subfolders, separately from the Camera Roll.

How do I manually arrange photos in a folder on Windows 10 by dragging and dropping in the order I wish, what is the process if anyone could help?

Others have given good technical answers about this, basically boiling down to “You can’t, other than by renaming the files.”I will ask and answer one followup question that might leap to mind: “But on my desktop, I can drag icons around in whatever order I want, and they stay in place. Windows clearly knows how to do it. Why can’t I get my folder window to do that?”Well, the answer to that is that when you’re looking at the folder window, what you’re really seeing is a Windows application called File Explorer, that knows how to display the contents of any folder, and knows how to order them in various ways, but doesn’t know how to let you drag the icons to arbitrary positions and remember where they are. When you’re looking at the desktop, you’re looking at another Windows application called the Shell, that only knows how to display the contents of one particular folder (the “Desktop” folder that’s stored in a special location), but that does take care of things like “Let the user drag icons from place to place and then remember where they are”. Things that work on on the desktop won’t necessarily work in File Explorer and vice-versa. (The Mac and Linux have similar differences between ‘what the desktop can do’ and ‘what the arbitrary-folder-browser can do’.)

Sims 2 bon voyage, where do you buy a photo album?

Your sim has to have taken some photos with their camera. After doing so the option appears on the computer to order the photo album.

With Facebook photos, can you select "Order by Date Taken" any time other than when you first add photos to an album?

As of now there is no option to do so because facebook does not arrange them by date taken . When you upload photos on facebook it slightly compresses the image and image properties change so all those details are lost. However Facebook keeps the photos arranged by Date of Upload NOT by date of capture.hope it helps !
