And please explain why you think so? :) Anime: Gintama definitely. Because it's the funniest anime ever, has unique characters, has occasional sad arcs make me cry my eyes out, best anime openings, good ost, etc. Manga: Katekyo Hitman Reborn! There are so many great characters and you get to watch them grow into strong mafioso. That's my favorite thing about it. It also has a lot about friendship and the bonds that you share with other, which I love. :)

Kudos to Celia Mitchell, she seems to have approached this mostly from the visual side, but she already covered a lot of the interesting stuff that was floating around in my mind. Plus yea, it's hard to beat the Attack on Titan op. In fact, it may well be the most catchy and versatile op ever made.
