Can He Be In Trouble For This

Can I get in legal trouble for this?

The IRS has no input. The refund from a joint return is a joint asset and its up to the couple to decide how to split it up. You could take every penny and you wouldn't be violating any laws or rules.

But, if you are heading for divorce, the judge is probably going to look at recent behavior when deciding how to divide up any joint assets. If you just took the entire tax refund the judge might give him something extra in the divorce to compensate.

So lawyer up, but play nice for now.

Can he be in trouble for this or not?

has anyone ever heard of this site or models from this site called vlad models because my friend came across some images on facebook from a vlad models page or something and it was teens with revealing clothes on not nude just revealing where you could see private areas could he be in trouble for this or not

Why did i get in trouble for this?

GEEZ........ That is a long story...

But here is some insight to your situation...

If your brother is that uncontrollable, you should request your parents to either find someone to watch him, or ask if they can have someone help you keep an eye on him.

If your story you are telling is all true without exaggeration, than maybe when your parents have had a chance to relax, you should explain the situation to your parents, or ask them what they would like you to do next time if a situation like this happens again.

Also, understand that when your parents are at work, they may be having a stressful day and don't have time nor the patience to deal with your minor situation at home. I don't think they honestly would have grounded you for 2weeks, had they known the situation, but being they were @ work they more than likely didn't have time to listen and deal with you & your brother's situation...

Can you get in trouble on the last day of school?

Yes, you can, it happened to me.It was the last day of high school, I was sitting alone somewhere waiting for school to start (I got to school early), after a while the teachers started calling out to the students to stand in lines (in my country's educational system we are required to stand in lines for about 15 minutes before we are allowed to go to class), I decided that I wasn't going to stand in a line that day (it was the first time I ever did that) and I just kept sitting there throughout the entire time the other students were standing in line, a few minutes before the students were allowed to get to class one of the teachers noticed me and told me to stay around after the rest of the students left.In the end I got in a little bit of trouble but they decided to let me go with a warning since it was the last day of school.

How much trouble can a sober minor get into if he is with drunk minors?

it is homecoming at my high school this weekend, and although i am a straight edge (i don't drink), i know my friends will be drinking heavily at the afterparties. if i am with them (say, at a party) and they are drunk and alcohol is at the party, can i get into any legal trouble? what about if i am driving them home (i am often my friends' designated driver)?

i have always just assumed that i wouldn't get into trouble if i was pulled over driving them home or one of their parties got busted, but now i want to make sure. i'm pretty sure a lot of cops will be out this weekend.
