If your school is not a top rated high school , or if you are not in a competitive academic program it will all be for nothing.Harvard only wants the #1 or #2 student from top rated schools. I got 800 on Korean but as there's no more time to take the second SAT again, I have to apply to colleges with only one subject test. I know Harvard doesn't require subject test but what are my chances of getting in I my reasoning test score is good?

Are you really interested in Harvard or are you just curious about whether you'd get in? If you'd be just as happy at Brown or Cornell or Dartmouth (which are all easier to get into than Harvard), then apply early action/early decision to your top school and make sure they know that they are your #1 choice. You're a strong student, but your predicted SAT scores are low for the Ivies, so choose some other non-Ivy schools where you could also be happy.
