What is the music app kpop idols use?

So I m an ARMY (BTS fan) and I saw the tweets V has been posting lately of what he is listening to and I was wondering does anyone know what app it is? I don t think its just him because I ve been others like actoress Kim Sae Ron I think use the app too. So does it have to do with living in korea? Or is it an app I can get on my phone.

Do Kpop idols go out in public...?

They do, but not they're usually not found in crowded places. My cousin saw 2PM in Daegu (Jun.K's hometown).

Can a Filipino be a Kpop Idol??

So, um yeah. I'm actually a Filipino and I'm only 14 years old. I have this dream of being a K pop idol because of this idol that totally enlightened me when I'm in my darkest hour. So i have questions that i need you guys to answer pleaase..

About me:

1. I'm actually a Filipino and I'm 14. Female. I'm having this thought if i have a chance of becoming a Kpop idol, and i have seen such questions too here in yahoo, some were kind of encouraging and some were discouraging.

2. I can dance. Actually i can dance to Exo's Growl and i can dance it really well with pop locking.

3. I can sing but i'm going to have lessons this coming vacation to improve more.

4. I can understand and write Korean because I'm having lessons, but i don't know how to speak yet because i kinda having a hard time on its grammar.

Physical Appearance:

1. I actually have a skin complexion like Kim Jongin of Exo.

2. I have few pimples but they are just few and i'm only 14 and i think that is pretty normal, right?

3. My height is 150 cm and i think i'm a 5 footer.

4. My nose isn't that sharp nor flat. Its just average but i think its kind of round but not big nor small. I;m not ugly nor boasting that I'm beautiful, but people in my class says that i have the looks.

If i have a chance, can you please suggest an entertainment company that i probably have the chance to be accepted. In what age should i become a trainee?

Guys!! I need your suggestion and your answer if i have a chance of being a K pop 'cause I'm really having a hard time thinking if i'm going to study Tourism or Medicine because i'm really having second thoughts of finishing college or just audition and be a K pop idol. I know its not that easy but i just want to know if i have a chance or not. I want a straight answer of Yes or No.

How can I be a kpop idol?

Make sure you're talented in at least one of these areas: singing, dancing and/or rappingAudition to as many companies as you can (whether online or in person)If you fail practice more and go back to step 2Once you pass the audition, you need to pass some moreIf you pass those, congrats you're a trainee, if you don't, go back to step 2now you need to survive by standing out from other trainees who are as or more talented than you, if you don't the company will throw you out (this will more likely take years of training)If you manage to survive all of that, congrats you MIGHT be a kpop idol if you aren't too oldI this applies to Koreans and other Asians,if you're any other race you need to be really good looking, speak Korean and SUPER talented. But remember, many kpop idols failed many auditions before getting accepted. So don't give up! You could be the next GDragon or Cl of Kpop, but if you don't try you will never know for sure.

Do you think I can become a K-pop idol?

Pay attention to these points. The only criteria that actually matters are weight and beauty. If you don’t have a pale skin (no, not fair, but pale), forget about getting access. Even many Koreans, who are tanned due to being brought up in warmer countries, don’t get the advantage. It doesn't matter if you can’t sing. SNSD’s Yoona can’t sing more than 4 lines, but she’s still there as a dancer and a visual.Prepare to make a transition to either dramas or movies or variety shows. Even if your acting sucks like Bae Suzy, you have to make a transition because even SHINEE and Super Junior idols are now considered to be “old”.As a K-Pop idol, try to work you way in China as well. That will give you an edge over others K-Pop idols, knowing that you can be used in China as well. Just like how Xiumin is popular in China and Nichkhun is popular in Thailand, you can also do that. It’s a competitive world there. It all depends on how popular you are. If you are always in news for good reasons, you can survive happily. Just look at CNBLUE. Yong Hwa is probably the only idol of the four who has managed to make a mark for himself through multitasking. You have to master Korean, by hook or by crook. Honestly. Hire a tutor or learn from somewhere. But you should be so adept at Korean that you can rap properly in a Karaoke and score a minimum 85 there. If you are not pretty, then get ready to go under the knife, aka, plastic surgery. Chinese, as far as I know, don’t support plastic surgery because they believe in their parents’ physical features (just like how we do). In your lifetime, you have to have many such surgeries and treatments and even workouts- every day, every week, every month.

Why are kpop idols banned from dating?

Dating bans in kpop aren’t really all they’re cracked up to be anymore. Things have changed markedly in the last 3–4 years and it seems to me that the situation now is roughly where western boybands were back in the 90s. Companies still prefer that their idols appear single and innocent so an extra handful of tween fans will buy their merchandise. But plenty of idols fool around without any repercussions, and it’s not the end of the world if someone gets caught.True, it’s still a media field day whenever new dating news surfaces, and a few fans may act out (particularly if it’s a younger male idol), but it’s rare that it has a measurable impact on an idol’s career anymore. The most popular single idols last year according to Gallup Korea were Taeyeon and IU, both of whom had massive dating scandals a few years ago. Other top idols such as Suzy, Seolhyun, Baekhyun, Zico, Kai, etc. have also been largely unaffected, and the top comments on the most recent major dating rumor this week (Twice Mina and GOT7 BamBam) were “who cares?” and even if it’s true, it wouldn’t matter.” The South Korean general public seems to be pretty thoroughly over dating bans.

Do Kpop Idols Curse Often?

Hi =)

I think some Kpop idols do swear/curse but it's not like it's a terrible crime lol. However since they're idols they would be smart not to do it in front of a camera, because everyone knows netizens go crazy when they hear about these types of minor incidents -__-" Even if they do, it's usually either edited out, bleeped, or whatever.

Not a big deal, I mean think of how much stress they must be under all the time, all types of schedules everyday, shooting variety shows (which takes HOURS), performing, etc. Of course I wouldn't know because I don't know them personally, but it's just common knowledge I would think. They are normal people too!

People blow things out of proportion or make a big deal out of something all the time. Like when people hear that certain Kpop stars watch porn they are all "Oh no! That's terrible blah blah blah.." And then they get criticized and all that. But I don't think that doesn't make them a bad person.

Like if I notice they swear my first reaction would be like "Wait did he/she just curse? haha xD

Anyways I don't think anyone does that excessively. No one is perfect so yeah..I'll still love them even if they swear lol ^^

Do you want to become a K-pop idol?

YES. I would love to become a K-pop (or C-pop) idol.I love singing and dancing and am okay at both. I have tried to audition before and am very aware about the dark sides of the industry. Despite my many attempts at auditioning for all kinds of companies and shows (Idol School, Kpop Star, SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, Source Music and more), I have not gotten past the initial round of auditioning. It is terribly devastating, but I have accepted my fate.I do not think it is because of my ethnicity (I am ABC aka American Born Chinese) or my age (I auditioned from 13–15) or even my talent (tbh, there are idols that I can out sing and dance) that I failed to get in. It is because of my face. It is a fact I am well aware of and okay with. After all, I can only learn to love my face (or I could fix it, but I don’t want to).Even now, if I am guaranteed a spot in a girl group, I would drop everything immediately and go. I would leave my comfortable life here, and go live in that starving, impoverished, desperate, judgmental, exhausted world if I could debut. But I can’t.And I am alright with that. When I was obsessed with becoming an idol, a little voice in the back of my mind always said, “But don’t you want to be a normal human? Don’t you want to have a steady job, a quiet life, and be able to marry without receiving hate?” And I do. I am not a loud or extravagant person. I would enjoy a quiet life. I do want to get married early enough to safely have a child or two. I want to have a healthy body. I want to have a steady income and job.I want both lives at once, and I have only chosen the more realistic side.It still is not too late for me. I still am only 16 years old. I still sing and dance as a hobby, and every time I see idols performing, I wish I could too. I couldn’t watch Kpop Star or Idol School or even Produce 101. Even if I see a clip, I feel the urge to start again. To audition more. But I will not. And I cannot. And even though I had not ever entered the industry, I have learned a few things. I am, firstly, much more appreciative of idols. I also am able to tolerate idols’ a lot more. I think I will be able to live my life much more happily and more positively then if I had never had such a dream.

What would you think of a Spanish/Latin KPop Idol?

I already know how people feel for foreign Idols (Like chinese, taiwanese, etc) but how would you feel with a spanish/latin Idol being a KPOP idol? If they don't have any Asian in them at all better yet?
This question has been lingering on my head for the longest I just had to ask. You can be completely honest. Thanks for your answers in advance!

Kpop question- do kpop idols go to school?

They very much do. Maybe not all of them, (because some are already finished or some are from other countries and has made other arrangements) but about 70% of them still goes to school.

South Korea is especially 'big' on education just like all other Asian countries, so you can imagine that parents of idols-to-be will never let their children train in a company if this meant they couldn't finish their studies. It's just that if you are training or even worse if you're still in highschool but you're already an idol, you can't expect yourself to get straight A's at all. In fact, you probably won't be able to focus much on your studies (as Onew of SHINee informed us) because idol trainees only get an average of four hours of sleep a day.
They wake up, go to school, after school they go straight to the company, train in singing, dancing and sometimes even languages for two hours each, go to bed, and replay the next day.

It's very hard and can get very stressful which makes some trainees quit before they even debut, but if you hold on and close your eyes for about three to four years, then the reward for all your hard work gets more than DOUBLED. :)
