Can I Be Arrested For Drawing Guns

How do I get expelled from school without getting arrested?

I HATE MY SCHOOL!!! I am a Junior in High School, I live in Oklahoma, and my town is a crap-stain on the map. Education sucks, people are cruel, and teachers DGAF. Im tired of being treated a different way and my mother MAKING me go to school no matter what! School just isn't right for me! I don't want comments about how I should stay in school or listen to my mother. My decision is made, now give me some options people!! im so close to 18, but so far away! HELP!!

Will my dad get arrested if i don't go to school?

Documentation of the events can be submitted as a rebuttal to missed legally adverse to illegally (Skipping).
As to the passing of your Mom in june, sorry to hear. I feel you need to have closure in this event, you should seek counseling for a mild depression.
When these events happen, I always tell people look to the side, Mom is in heaven, she is watching over you from above.
Go to school, as this is interaction needed, also this is what MOM would have wanted you to do, no matter how tough, do it in memory of her. This way it is not only you but for what Mom would have expected you to do.
Some states will arrest parents, for allowing their children to stay home and knowingly doing so.
In your case I feel the explanation as read can be challenged as proof of doctors notes.
Good luck, hold your head up, think of Mom as who she was in your life and move on as she would want you to do as if she were still here.

When can I draw a firearm?

Say two ppl step out of their vehicle and approach mine after we had a short argument. I was fearful and very nervous and I draw my gun out and show it to them. they back off and I holster my firearm and drive away. Can I get in trouble for this or was this illegal?

If you’re on your private property holding a gun and the police show up and tell you to put it down, do you have to?

The short answer to this question is no, you don’t ever have to do anything the Police tell you. It is up to you to decide whether or not you should comply. The law says you have to, but Police don’t follow the laws, and pointing a gun at you is most definitely breaking a law. Without equal protection of the law, the experiment of a Republic ruled by law is over, and there is only tyranny[1]. Police and Police apologists would have you believe that you have to do anything they say. There are no gray areas to them, because Police officers can’t be bad people… right? There are no Police officers that are murderers[2], thieves[3], or rapists[4], terrorists[5], child molesters[6], slave traders[7], liars[8], or wife beaters[9]. So again, if an officer is using his state issued costume to commit a crime against you or a loved one, you should absolutely not drop the firearm, and then not hesitate to use it against the cop[10] knowing that if you live, you’ll spend the next 5 years or more of your life in and out of jails and courts, but knowing you took a monster or monsters out of the world, and fewer people will be harmed because of it.Footnotes[1] John Locke on the idea that “wherever law ends, tyranny begins” (1689)[2] Category:American police officers convicted of murder - Wikipedia[3] 7 Baltimore police officers indicted on federal racketeering charges[4] OKC cop Daniel Holtzclaw sentenced to 263 years[5] Jon Burge - Wikipedia[6] Former Minneapolis cop gets longer sentence for assaulting g...[7] Prosecutor to charge 7 Oakland cops in sex scandal involving teen prostitute[8] https://deathpenaltyinfo.org/doc...[9] National Center For Women and Policing[10] Man accused of shooting CCPD officers found not guilty

What exactly is "open carry" for a gun?

Open carry is possessing a weapon when other people can see it. It's kind of a fad right now for stupid people.

Open carrying a weapon actually invites you to be a crime victim. Seldom does an open carry person have the correct kind of holster to prevent the weapon from being grabbed (retention holster). They also don't have the training to defend it from being taken away. The gun is like gold on the street and can be sold much quicker than say a flat screen tv or xbox.

You might be wiser to apply for a concealed weapon permit and take as much training as you can. Firearm proficiency is a perishable skill and involves much more than just accuracy on a static firing line. I recommend to my friends and family that they take the concealed carry class and practice as much as possible. Just this weekend I visited my father (who just turned 72) we went to the gun range and I coached him on his form. We also practiced drawing the firearm (unloaded) at home to work out any kinks. He did a great job.

I'm not a lawyer, but you might want to check out PA Code 11.215.4 obviously it doesn't apply to private property. In my state we have a felony charge called menacing. It is very easy for another person to articulate that you menaced them by placing your hand on the firearm or made them fear for their life. While you wouldn't really go to jail - you would be barred for life from possessing any kind of weapon.
