Hi, Let me tell you my story. I ordered Apple MacBook Air MQD32HN/A 13.3-inch Laptop 2017 (Core i5/8GB/128GB/MacOS Sierra/Integrated Graphics)from Paytm on 3rd August 2017. Why Paytm ? It’s obvious.. Cashbacks. Paytm offered a cashback of INR 8000/- on the laptop.Later in the evening ,I got an update that the laptop has been shipped and will be delivered by 5th August 2017 by Delhivery ( SDD , Second Day Delivery). I waited eagerly for the cashback to be credited on my wallet,but I was getting only the tracking updates. As per Paytm, the cashback gets credited within 24hrs ,once the item is shipped. Also, I was scared seeing the reviews on Delhivery (mishandling,no proper tracking updates,late delivery) , so I tried contacting Paytm through IVR , but it only added to my agony. I don’t understand, why they have put 24*7 toll free service, if we don't get a chance to talk to the customer executives.Then I messaged Paytm on their Facebook page regarding the order details and fortunately they replied me “wait patiently, the cashback will be credited shortly”…. and it happened within few hours :)Now, I was only waiting for the laptop to arrive safely . The courier guy handed over the package to me on 5th Aug Evening. I checked for any signs of tampering ,but it was all good.
