Can I Cancell My 02 Contract As I Believe They May Have Broken It They Have Give My Phone No. To

Can you sue a bank for giving out your online account information to someone, even if you did not lose money?

This is what happened:
A person walked in to my bank trying to set up their online banking account. When they walked in, the bank told him, "You're already set up. Here is your user name and password."

I got called for the person and they told me they had full access to my bank account, online. The bank employee gave that person my online information by mistake, I believe without checking their ID.

I did not lose any money, the person didn't steal from me, but I'm upset because that person could probably have seen my social sec number, all my money, and I have my mortgage with that bank. Can I take legal actions against the bank for giving out my information to someone who wasn't me, even if I didn't lose money?

One time activation Code?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.
I suspect my husband to be cheating again. After multiple occasions he agreed to having find my friends track his Iphone, (on a business contract with O2) and disabling of location controls via iphones restrictions.
I have suspected for for a while he may have a second phone or another way to appear in a location different from where he really is, possibly with the ability to still receive calls made to his normal number.
Yesterday I saw a text from his phone company with a OTAC code. I understand this is a "one time activation code". Could this have been used to register another phone under his number?

Any way to tell the mileage on a car with a broken odometer?

Someone at the company I work with is interested in buying my car (a 2002 BWI 530i). It is in relatively good shape, but has some issues (which he doesn't mind putting a little money into to fix). However, for over 4 years the odometer hasn't worked. For those who might suggest the simple reasons that would be an easy fix, it's because of the messed up sensor system since it's a partially electric dashboard. That's not the point anyhow.

My question is, since the mileage doesn't show up, is there some other way to quantify it? (other than rough estimation)

If you want to withdraw money from a fixed deposit, can you do it before the maturity period?

Yes, you may, but that will fall under premature withdrawal and you may have to pay a penalty for that. Once you decide to withdraw money from your FD, the bank will calculate the principal amount along with the rate of interest with the help of Online FD Calculator, and then deduct the penalty amount. However, in case of an lock in FD, a bank may refuse a premature withdrawal as per RBI guidelines. Let us have a look at premature penalty. Usually banks charge a penalty of 0.5% to 1% lower interest on FDs which are closed before maturity. This penalty may be waived off by some banks if it is an emergency. A point to be noted here is that the emergencies are not usually well-defined in the terms and conditions, and in fact, the waiver or reduction is applicable on per-case basis. Another option you can explore is taking a loan against your FD.

I just put my old SIM card in my new iPhone and it works fine, but AT&T is telling me that I need to use the new one that came with the new iPhone, why?

I believe that your IPhone 5 works well on 3 G networks and your new IPhone 6 works best on 4 G networks. So the old SIM card may work fine in the new phone but is unable to communicate or detect WiFi or to activate Bluetooth .Do you use these functions or services? WiFi is very useful to you when you need to access the internet. Some places provide free access to the internet, mainly in Malls, or food and beverage providers. The new SIM card that came with the new phone, has been configured, such that you will be able to utilize the full functions of your phone. Your phone number is attached to your new phone through the New SIM card. You can Google IPhone 6 for details of the phone. So, do worry about charges or the government spying on you, unless you are a Person of Interest, being seek by the CIA, FBI, NSA or the Homeland Security.Phone charges were agreed by yourself when you sign up or when you bought the IPhone 6.That being said, charges incurred by your usage of your IPhone for downloading of data or making Long Distance calls are chargeable by the Service provider or phone companies.Hope the above explanation has been useful to you.
