Connection question for HDTV via HDMI?
I have a Denon 3300 avr which has no HDMI output. Is there a converter to go from component to HDMI or is there another way to hook this up? I googled it but it looks like only pc connections are available. I bought the new Toshiba hd dvd player so how do I get the HDMI connected? Thanks Tony
Sanyo DP26640 won't connect to PS3 via HDMI cable?
I am not able to connect my PS3 to my Sanyo DP26640 with a HDMI cable. I keep getting the "Out of Range, Please change your HDMI Input Signal Resolution message. I have unplugged, replugged, and restarted the TV back to facotry settings. I did loose the manual to the TV and PS3 so I don't know what else to try. Is this specific TV even good enough to do the PS3? Is there something else I can try? I want it to work with the HDMI cable so I can use a splitter to use two tvs to show the same thing.

Three possibilities:1-The HDMI cable is bad. Replace it.2-The proper input was not selected on your remote. Check and reset.3-Either your PS4 or TV has an internal problem feeding or receiving the HDMI signal. Try your PS4 and cable on another TV. If it works and you’re sure your set-up are correct, then your TV needs service.Note: Most TVs have more than one HDMI connections. Have you tried them all? Do other HDMI signals work on your TV? If yes to the last question, then it’s the PS4 or cable.
How to connect Smart TV with SoundBar with Xbox One?
So I am trying to figure this out and it may be simple but I just need confirmation. To put it simply, can I connect my TV to SoundBar using a simple ARC HDMI to ARC HDMI, and then connect my Xbox HDMI to another HDMI input on my TV. Would that mean my TV still uses the SoundBar as its audio source so my Xbox will play produce sound from the SoundBar? Or do I need to do it a different way? I also have an optical cable I can use if need be, but would much rather keep it to all HDMI. TV is LG Smart TV. Soundbar is a Yamaha 108.
