Can I Do A Boot Camp Workout For 3 Days In A Row

Is working out 5 days a week, 2 crossfit days, 3 bootcamp workout style days, 1 hour each day too much?

For most people, yes. If exercise is performed intensely enough you very quickly reach a point of diminishing returns as volume and frequency increases. While the optimum frequency varies between individuals, most people would be better off training less frequently than you are currently. You’d also get the same or better results more safely and efficiently by performing more conventional circuit strength training than doing CrossFit or so-called “boot camp” training.

Can you work out two days in a row?

AB-SOLUTLEY—You can work out twice in a day if you want. You can work out three times if you want, I know I do.Exercise frequency depends on how you feel and what your goals are. I'm trying to avoid holiday pints of ice cream weight. I even ate Panda Express , right after I woke up from a turkey coma.I also had a rack of ribs on Tuesday and I can't even ate ocean of cookies. Here's an example:Today is Saturday, two days after Thanksgiving. Here is what my week looked like.Monday: 30 minutes of stairs at 8pm (off day)On TUESDAY I left work after a half day.TUESDAY: 5:15 extreme boot camp hot9pm did traps and armsHad a rack of ribsWEDNESDAY: 9am hot boot camp5:15 hot pilates classPint of ice cream at midnightTHURSDAY (thanksgiving): 9am hot bootcamp, and I did a chest workout later in the day.Friday: half day at work and went to a 4:30 hot Pilates class.THERE ARE A LOT OF TRAINERS THAT AREN’T BUFF OUT THERE.-THERE IS AN ARMY OF TRAINERS WHO’S CLIENTS LOOK THE SAME YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT.What I'm trying to say is that training should be BASED ON WHAT YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU.Training should be INSTINCTUAL, meaning you train the body parts that you feel you need to train. You do cardio when you feel you look like shit.If I am feeling fluffy I do cardio for a couple days and don't lift.Another huge factor that people under estimate is that EVEN WHEN LOSING FAT AND GETTING LEAN, you need to EAT enough food to repair your body.Otherwise you look like this.OrThanks for reading and remember that if you are going to work out TWICE A DAY, YOU NEED TO EAT TO HEAL YOUR BODY.There is no point in working out twice a day to get in shape and not give you body the proper nutrients it needs to heal. When we are working out we are breaking out body downIf you have found any of this information helpful please go and PURCHASE MY EBOOK on AMAZONFat Loss 101: A Beginner's Guide For Consistent Weight Loss With 5 Steps Fat Loss 101: A Beginner's Guide For Consistent Weight Loss With 5 Steps - Kindle edition by Joe Giannetti. What's a good pre Marine boot camp gym workout?

If you can run 3 miles in about 18 minutes, do 20 or more pull-ups in a row, and do 100 crunches in a row, you should probably just work on hiking 4–12 miles with a 30–50lb backpack once or twice a week.Otherwise, you should probably run 3-5 miles every day, do pull-up work (max rep, pyramid, etc.), crunches and other ab work every other day, in addition to the backpacking.

Missed one workout... Should I do two workouts today?

i don't think you should, if you want to stick to a routine of one a day, then just chalk yesterday up to one of those things that happens in life, and move on! although it is important to be strict with yourself if you want to lose weight, pushing yourself too hard can give the opposite results, you'll rebel against yourself!

for an effective weight loss workout, if your sweating like a *****, but still alive, then you've got the right balance! remember though, this will only burn fat, you need to construct some sort of weight routine, maybe a 3 day split, to tone up your muscle too!

hope this helps!

Is it OK to bike 3 days in a row?

You can ride your bike as much as you like, it's a cardiovascular exercise it's not like lifting weights. An hour a day is about normal and wont hurt anything, it depends on the intensity level more then time in the saddle. Your body will tell you when you had enough. Sometimes you don't want to listen if you want to get stronger. That old saying no pain no gain is very true.

How to prepare for marine boot camp?

Run. Run. Run.

Pul ups. Get really good at pull ups and running.

Push ups. Get to the point where you can do at least 100 in a row, the more the better.

Flutter kicks, get good at those.

With all your exercises, practice stopping halfway through the exercise, and waiting for 30 seconds. Just do that sometimes. DI's love to do that when your doing push ups and stuff.

Not much you can do mentally. Just stop letting yourself quit. When you say your gonna do something to yourself, hold yourself to that from now on.

US Navy Jobs, No Bootcamp?!?

ALL enlisted jobs go to Boot. Officers do not.

There is no such thing as an enlisted officer. If you complete college you can apply for OCS. If accepted you will be commissioned as an Officer O-1 which in the Navy is an Ensign.

Only Doctors, Nurses, Lawyers and Chaplains get commissioned at higher than an O-1.

What do I do if I got injured waiting to go into boot camp?

This sort of thing may be a blessing in disguise. Maybe if you go a month later you can get in better shape and especially (Marine, Army and Air Force people) use the time for moderate hikes and even a few long ones to build up stamina. Then add weights to your backpack and even do them walking briskly. In my son's Marine Corps recruitment station in Florida this happened. They needed a few more weeks for a poolee to recuperate from a stupid little cuts so they swapped his spot with someone who was ready but slated to go two weeks later. But last minute that trick fell through. So the injured poolee had to go anyway next day. At the moment he was being looked over at final MEPS (in case they say you can't get sent home at that visit to MEPS the day of ship out do NOT believe it) he moved his limb with the wound ever so slightly and it escaped notice from the nurse. He passed, thank God. Moral of the story? In the weeks leading up to final MEPS and ship out day avoid crazy work outs, heavy weight training, skateboarding and stupid stuff that can give you even a slight cut or injury. There are better answers awaiting this question.
