Can I Do The 30 Day Squat Challenge And Ab Challenge Together

60 day squat challenge?

When you do the squat challenge, can you spread your daily squats out? Or do you have to do them all at once? For example, if I have to do 100 squats, can I do 20 in the morning, 30 in the afternoon, and 50 at night? Or do I have to do all 100 all together?

Does the 30 day squat challenge work?

Yes, but aerobic and reisstance will also work.

Does the 30 day squat/ab challenge really work?

I've been looking everywhere for this answer because I am on day 6 of both challenges, & i also run at least 4 miles a day everyday..But the thing is, if these exercises aren't helping me achieve a "flat" stomach, or a nice rounded butt..I don't want to be doing them everyday, getting my hopes up for no reason. I really wanna know what both of these challenges really do for my body..has anyone done either one/ both of these challenges, if you have please respond.

Also, I've been drinking a lot of water, & not eating/drinking anything besides water after 7 p.m.

Can I get abs with this challenge?

Hello.

So after losing 32 pounds/15 kg, I'm ready to get a bit ripped. The problem is that I don't have any time for gym since I'm very busy with work and school.
I found this challenge called ''30 Days Abs Challenge'' and was wondering if I could get abs with this challenge? Is it possible?

PS. I know you have to be on a good diet to get abs and I already got that checked. I have a healthy lifestyle.

Thanks!

Does the 30 day squat and ab challenge work well(if done correctly)?

If you want to get in a killer shape,tone... 30 days alone wouldn't do it depending on how good of a shape you are in right now. But then again 30 days if done correctly will definitely show a difference. I would say go for it ! It is better than nothing and might get you in a habit to keep working out and achieving new goals !

30 day crunch challenge !?

I did the 30 day crunch challenge and I saw results on the 8th day. You also have to do cardio with it too if you want to see results fast because cardio burns fat and you start to see abdominal muscles at 14% body fat.

Also, add in some other abs exercises! Planks are more effective and are 10x better than crunches and they also workout out your glutes, quads and abs. Try the 30 day plank challenege its much better and My friend start seeing results in 8 days. But everyones bodies are different and you might not see results as quick as some people. Also try searching up your body type to kinda get an Idea of what your body type is, how it responds to exercise, how quickly you see results, etc... because I'm a Mesomorph and I gain muscle quickly and it shows quicker and I gain weight fast.

ALSO THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!: You NEED to eat a healthy diet or else you won't see any results! Its all about diet. Trust me on this one. Also make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet because protein is what builds muscles and abs are muscles!

I hope this helped and goodluck!

I'm not necessarily wanting to loose weight, I just want to loose my belly fat, it's not much but I don't want it, along with a muffin top...does it help those disappear?
