Can I Eat Unhealthy For One Day

What is more unhealthy, binging on junk food one day a week and eating healthy 6 days or eating some junk food everyday?

Very good question. :)I have been contemplating this very question when I created FAB-D Diet few months ago.Binge on junk food once a week or eating ‘some’ junk food everyday…??I asked this question to thousands of my subscriber and students in Fab Academe and the result was 60/40.60% people feel that they should categorize eating junk in a single day per day, preferably on weekends.40% people feel that they should eat small servings per day.Here are some responses:“Akash, I feel that eating junk is a habit. And if we let out once a week, preferably on a Saturday when going out with friends and family, it feels good. And the small guilt that accumulates allows me to get back on track the very next day.“I like to go with Option B [eating some junk everyday] as I know I have control and I am very disciplined. But what to do when cravings strike you? Its better to eat a small bar of chocolate rather than not allow yourself until Saturday or whichever day you have given yourself permission to eat that!”Here is my personal opinion:I like to go down the middle road on this one!FAB-D Diet has three variations based on how aggressively you want to lose weight, plus on your habits and lifestyle.70/30 FAB-D Diet means that 30% of calories can come from unhealthy food. So if you eat a 2000 caloric diet, 600 calories can come from your fav. unhealthy stuff like ice creams, alcohol etc.600 calories per day is a lot and you can still lose weight.In this article I have given two examples of people who lost a lot o weight eating only junk food.Hey, I am not suggesting you to eat junk; actually far from it.But from a coaching perspective, if you tell your clients to eat 5–8 units of fruits and vegetables everyday and completely give up his fav foods to lose weight, how long do you think he would be able to sustain himself on your strict diet?I guess you know the answer to that.So why not allow a high percentage of calories from junk based on a clients lifestyle and habits and then gradually taper the calories from junk from 30% to 20% and even 10% [ 80/20, 90/10].Here are exact calories counted FAB D DIET plans in this free course.

Is it possible to eat too many peaches? Can it be unhealthy to eat too many?

i absolutely LOVE peaches. fresh peaches from the store, not canned. i eat at least one a day usually, sometimes two, but if i'm really in the mood, i'll eat three in one day. is that unhealthy? three in one day is a lot it seems. and i like to eat two at a time. i cut them up tho. but can it be unhealthy to eat too many? i mean, i thought the average fruit serving in a day was 3-4. can all the servings be peaches? thanks so much in a advance to anyone and every1 who can help me.

Will eating really unhealthy one day make me gain weight?

Ok so I normally try to eat under 1500 cal, and workout almost every day. My prom is coming up, and my friends picked a place for dinner where I couldn't order anything I will like that's under 1000 cal. Plus, if they want to stay for dessert which is another 1500. Then lets say I eat about 800 earlier that day, then another 600 for snacks at after prom. Will I gain weight if I continue to eat healthy the next day?

So total that's over 4000 calories and I'm not planning on working out

Is only eating one bowl of cereal each day unhealthy?

When I was younger, I was put on steroids to help build up my lungs. However, as a result, I gained a lot of weight and have been unsuccessful in getting/keeping it off. I've tried many different diets, but most recently I began only eating one meal a day. Usually, that meal for me is cereal. Also, I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes each day. I have lost a lot of weight and would like to continue on this diet. Is this unhealthy?

Not enough that you'd notice.What is an unhealthy meal? One with excess calories? One with more sugar than anything else?Your body doesn't have a 24h diet schedule like you do. Every meal is processed at the speed it can handle. Sugar gets processed quickly and fats and proteins get processed less quickly.Having a meal high in simple sugar will make your blood sugar rise quickly and drop quickly. This energy, if not going into exertion straight away will be stored as fat in the liver and around your body.Having too many calories from any type of food will have a similar effect, but at what point in time is many calories too many calories?We use a 24hour system in our diet plans. And it tends to work quite well because it fits around our active schedule. After sleeping, we have empty stomachs and dehydration. If you haven't eaten in days, then you'll also have low blood sugar and dehydration.Throughout the day, just by standing up, you are burning calories - so you need to replace them. Knowing that it takes at least 6 hours and up to 4 days to digest food (depending on your food type and digestion ability), what you eat and when you eat it has a very large window.You can replace those calories already lost as you progress in the day, or you can have your daily recommended calorie intake in one sitting. It really doesn't change anything other than how you feel while stuffing your face in one go and how quickly you want to finish the meal.So yes and no. One high calorie meal will make you feel heavier because you've ingested that weight in food. But no, that one meal won't make you gain noticeable weight as body fat overnight. Over-eating in general and in excess sugar will make you put on weight over time.

I eat one pack of Oreos a day?

What could be the side effects of this eating habit in a long term ( I've been eating pack a day for like 3 months or so ) and I'm 5'9 girl & weight 105lb . And also if it's too bad habit ( mom's telling me like all the time , that it is :D ) then with what should I replace my oreos ? :)

Is it bad to eat sushi twice in one day?

I have plans to have sushi for lunch and dinner tomorrow, quite by accident. I'm a little nervous that this could somehow be bad for me. Bear in mind, I will only be having sushi rolls with smaller amounts of raw/undercooked fish in them, and not the type that are topped with larger amounts of raw fish. Do you think it will still be okay? Thanks in advance for any serious answers!

Is it bad to eat a a 13 oz bag of doritos in one day?

I just ate a 13 oz bag of doritos in one day...i have no idea why...i guess i was eating involuntarily and didn't realize i finished the bag...I also ate a 6 oz. box of cookies...i really feel guilty, but I'm wondering if it would do damage to me at all. thats a lot a junk for one person...I've actually never done this before. I did eat a salad for lunch however haha.
