Can I Get A Contact Number For Home Care Insurance

How can we get cheapest Long Term Care insurance?

LTC Insurance is not like Life Insurance where the cheapest price will usually be fine. The aging of the boomers, shifting U.S. demographics, a fickle labor force and skilled nursing sector overhauls have landed a number of LTC Insurance companies out of the business… so that cheap policy you paid for has no benefit. For LTC, I send clients to companies that will be there 30–35 years from now. There are consumer groups that ‘rate’ LTC Insurances:https://www.consumersadvocate.or...Top large companies like, in this example: Northwestern Mutual and Mutual of Omaha will very likely will be great companies when the time comes for benefits and filing claims. For my own family, we have choose ‘mutual’ companies over strictly for-profit companies for LTC as there is a higher chance of survival over the decades.I hope that helped you,~Chris

How do I get insurance to cover home care nursing?

If you have Medicare it is covered under your Medicare A benefit. If you chose to have a Medicare supplement, it will authorize services and pay for many supplies used--but not all. If you are under 65, you must check your insurance policy for the allowed number of days, copays, and deductables. Medicaid is also accepting of homecare, and you can have both Medicare and Medicaid if you financially qualify. If you have no insurance, I'm afraid you may be paying out of pocket-but I would see if you qualify for Medicaid in your state. You may take a few out of pocket home health visits with the goal of them teaching you and your family how to self care if possible--and they can get durable medical equipment and set you up with a medical supply company that you can get additional items yourself. The home health  team can be the gateway, and you then can run with it. It really all depends on why you need skilled home care, and they will teach you what you need to know or do. Just be honest with them--they will work like hell to give you success.

How do I find out my neighbors homeowners insurance company?

i am in the insurance business. you can contact YOUR insurance co. and let them know what happened. this will get the ball rolling. they will interview you about what happened, so make sure you have all medical bills on record. they can reimburse you for any expenses that you have incurred. what they will do is subrogate those damages against your neighbor which basically means they will make him pay your insurance co back. he will either have to decide to go to court and pay it out of his own pocket which means that he will also need to higher an attorney, or, go ahead and file it is a claim and let the insurance companies handle it. they will probably go ahead and let the insurance companies handle it since this will save him money. if you are really needing your money back go ahead and call your insurance co and file a claim. the only downside is that it may take awhile for them to get this handled if they do not have a contact number for your neighbor. they will have to notify them via mail.

you can always get an attourney but that could get costly and time consuming as well. i think going the insurance route is the better choice. every state has a department of insurance that you can contact as well. you can also call them and see what they recommend. good luck to you.

by the way, filing this claim on your insurance co. should not count against you or affect your future premiums in a negative way.

Health Insurance Policy Number and Group Number...?

Hello, I'm filling out a student medical & contact form for school, and it asks me for my insurance company's
1) Group Number and
2) Policy Number of Group

I have Keystone insurance (if that helps anyone).
How do I find these two out? What's the difference anyway?

On my insurance card the only number I see is just one big thing with 3 letters then a bunch of numbers (it resembles ABC68484023 00 Q)

The only other number on my card is a phone number, but since my form asks for two numbers what should I put?

How do I obtain contracts with private insurance companies for my home health agency?

Typically you can contract directly with the LTC insurance companies by registering as a provider through a portal or by calling them directly. Many LTC insurers use 3rd parties to do the contracting and administration of the policies, so they may direct you to those companies. You can find a list of LTC insurers here: Long-Term Care Insurance Provider DirectoryAdditionally, there may be provider health insurance consultants that can contact and negotiate on your behalf. If the LTC insurance has an electronic billing or EDI capability, platform like CareTime Home Care Software can help with submitting electronic claims once you are contracted with them. Many of them will require you to conduct electronic visit verification (EVV) to ensure caregivers are actually delivering service.Good luck!

How and who can I contact to find out more of the requirements for the 2019 Medicare to pay/help pay the caregiver for in home care for the disabled?

Ur question is Not clear enough for me to understand what it is u are asking about. If I think u r asking about having a Caregiver in someones home to help with someone that is disabled. Medicare has never ever helped for a caregiver for someone that is disabled. Medicare will Only have a nurse come to someone’s hm to give ONLY Medications & THAT’S Only on a short term basis… Under Medicare it’s called HOME HEALTH CARE - as I remember. Medicare never provides for caregivers in anyones home. U have to hire someone on your own.U can go to Medicares website which is Medicare.gov: the official U.S. government site for Medicare & Look up many answers to ur questions. U can request different Medicare publications from them. Also u can either call SSA’s toll free ph number 1–800–772–1213 or go in in person to a local SSA Office & the representatives can often answer many medicare questions. The 1–800 ph number offices are open 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. MON-FRI ( except federal holidays & weekends)

How can I get my insurance to cover stye removal surgery? I went to an ophthalmologist who told me I need to go to an eyelid specialist outside of my network. My insurance will not cover this procedure, but it is the only way to get it removed.

Get your ophthalmologist to give you the information as to what surgery you need and what kind of doctor needs to do the operation. Write it down. Look it up. Read your policy information about what the insurance company is responsible to do if you need something your doctor cannot provide. Call your network and make them find you an oculoplastic or other surgeon who can remove this. If they give you a name, you call and ask if the doctor can take car of what your problem is before going to see him. If he says no then you call the insurance company back for a good referral. Always keep notes as to the time of the call, the tel number you called, who you spoke to and the conversation. If all fails, send a letter to the insurance commissioner in your state with great detail as to the problem you are having getting your insurance company to pay for your problem. The insurance company is supposed to have contingencies for things that are not exceptionally uncommon but they do not have people to take care of. The insurance commissioner will contact them and they usually solve the problem. The insurance company does not want the insurance commissioner coming around because he can look at whatever he wants if he has to go to the insurance company to deal with your problem. Good luck.
